Applied to this job since December put in 4 job applications they said they didn't receive it I heard them discriminating me over the phone because they couldn't hire me cuz I was black and had some disabilities this was the Mount Auburn location in Auburn so rude hate this Buger King never want to try to apply here ever again and I never want any of my friends to apply here either ever

Every time I come to this location and others in the Auburn area and Lewiston they always forget something I’m so sick of spending my money and not getting what I paid for it’s like you’re robbing me every single time I come to one of your locations to try to purchase food it’s absolutely ridiculous that you can’t look at an order and put what is ordered in the bag it’s such a simple job and you can’t even do it how much money do you guys make a year robbing people like this

Charge you for a meal and don’t even give you the meal what so ever and then tell you that you can’t get mad. And they think they deserve more pay than health care workers pathetic!!!!!!

The one out by walmart in Aurburn, they were kinda slow, food was fast, hot, an good, everything was stocked ?

We ordered a a bacon cheeseburger with onions. What we got was a hamburger with two onion rings for toppings. No cheese and no bacon!

This Burger King is the WORST. Every SINGLE time I go there, there's an issue. Food NOT hot. Food missing something like my sauce, an order of fries, a sandwich... always something. I can't deal with them. Last time I go there. Refuse my mobile coupon. They are rude as hell. It's just the WORST.

The customer service I received was unprofessional and left me not wanting to go to that specific location again. The girl taking my order was having another conversation whilst taking my order and I had to have her repeat my order several times to get her attention again. While receiving my food I was missing a sandwich and looked on my receipt to find she had rung my food up in a unnecessary way than what I ordered and didn’t include one of my order's. What should have been a simple and fast solution to fix this turned into two unprofessional girls at the window started arguing with me and when asked to speak to a manager I was given attitude from both the girls and management. I would strongly advice some re training on the window as well as more customer service training for management. Customers don’t come to fast food establishments to receive attitude. We just want fast service and the basic customer service attitude of politeness. I did not receive either of that. If you want your food to always come out wrong, missing or being treated rudely, this is all this location is good for.

It's Burger King. What more can I say as I very seldom eat any fast food.

Refused to honor my mobile offer code from the app. Showed the manager the app and getting to the code and he kept telling me the code was no good even though we put it through the app several times. Would not honor it or even try to be helpful so I left. Been going to this location since 2003 but no more, plenty of other options with employees with more brain power <1 mile away.
