This location is so disappointing. I called and asked them do they actually look at the food before they put it in the bag and the lady said yes our manager is making the food today ?? they offered a free meal.I declined because I’m all set. With getting sick. For a place that is willing to serve food like this. My son was eating this. And he said it tasted gross. So I went to look at it. And it was literally soggy wet and falling apart and the chicken didn’t even look like chicken. Save your money.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. the only good customer service I got was from the blonde girl at the drive thru. Food was still horrible the only good thing was the fries and drink.
Food quality horrible. I never had such a pathetic looking and tasting cheeseburger in my life. Burger King used to be my favorite fast food ace. Not any more.
It is sad that they don't have enough help to keep the dining area stocked with the utensils, etc., & the soda machine was not working. It sure puts a damper on eating out these days.
Usually have a pretty good meal there but when me and my girl ate there last time our buns were so stall they were falling apart didn't even bother complaining seems like this B.K is slowly going downhill.....
I think there are 3 Burger King's within 5 minutes of each other in the Lewiston/Auburn metropolitan area. This one is my favorite.
When I got home, I wanted to give my child a hamburger, but found that one missing the child’s drink was the wrong one. The children were very angry.
