Our food was old & cold ! tasted terrible. there was nobody there barely & now we know why lol. Slow service was the only part we understood cuz the poor girl was the only one doing anything & working ! Definitely not worth all the money we spent
Not a good experience... We waited about an hour to get our food when it wasn't heavily packed and unfortunately the food was just bad. Initially we were brought the wrong food and had to wait longer. My double burger had what I believe to be burnt bits from the grill as well as overcooked and just tasted like it had been sitting forever. Fries were also not fresh. The people next to us were also brought the wrong food and their burger was really cold they reported. The manager quickly comped both us and the other person without even asking and the server was really nice and did her job well. I'm rating so low because I believe a change needs to be made. I'm not sure who is at fault if it's kitchen or what but I've gathered that this is something that happens frequently. We really appreciate them taking it off the bill but would just loved to have been able to sit and enjoy a meal there.
Fantastic, but small mix-up with our appetizer order. The food was great and in large amounts, the service was cheery and good with kids, and the place provides plenty of entertainment while you wait. However, I wouldn't say it's ADHD friendly: Too much noise, lots of light, too close to the tables next to you, and a television screen or projector with 4 different shows/programs playing at once. Luckily I was too tired when I went to get overstimulated.
If you like chicken and that's all they served here then great 5 share l star chicken restaurant. Not a big fan of any of there other food.On the flip side their chicken and sauce oI find it amazing and if you like very loud environment with sports for entertainment only it seems. Then this would be your one-stop jock shop for great chicken
4 of us were there for 2 hours. I understand being short staffed, I really do. It wasn’t busy though, maybe 10 tables. Orders came out wrong, horrible, and cold. Appetizer didn’t even make it to the table. Waited an hour for the food to come out. Waited 25 minutes to even get our bill after asking for it. Got wrong charges on our bills. All around not the greatest experience.
If I could give zero stars I would to begin I ordered $200 in food and when we had gotten that food or chicken did not have sauce on it it had feathers still left on the chicken wings and it wasn’t cooked thoroughly when we called back and told them and showed them proof the manager kept saying that it was OK to eat that it’s biodegradable and that it’s perfectly fine to eat the feathers second within an hour after eating our regular meals not even the chicken wings our stomachs all began to hurt and felt like knots and we all got super sick the food was not done right and we called and ask for a refund the manager began to ramble on about how she is in no way control of doing that and that the food was more than fine to eat even though it was undercooked and was not done right she had no regards to the amount of money that we spent and trying to make things right would not recommend them this is the second time that we have ate there and we have gotten sick from their food. poor staff and poor management I would highly recommend staying away or going across the street to Longhorns or any other restaurants in the area
I love salt but WOW! Not one person at a table of 8 could take more than a bite. Used to love it here. Maybe someone made a mistake in the kitchen this one time. Used to be very good.
Horrible experience, bartender didn't even serve our group together one person was left drinking water while the bartender took more orders for over 15 minutes. The food came out cold. Still left a big tip because I know it's not easy being short staffed but let's at least handle the basics..
Went for lunch today, sat for 25 minutes before a server came to our table to take our orders, but immediately went to all other tables for people who just walked through the door. Server walked by us 5 times and completely ignored us.
The waitress was the only good part. They weren’t busy but they were shortstaffed and no one was keeping the poor waitress up-to-date from the kitchen as to what was no longer available so three out of the four people in our party ordered burgers and they didn’t have burgers, says poor girl had to come back and tell us and have 3 to 4 people order something different and two of them were kids so you can imagine how fun that was. The waitress didn’t excellent job keeping her composure if I were her I would’ve walked out!!
