Great cup of coffee, stuffed pretzels are the bomb. consistent good cup of coffee every time. I will go here before I go to Dunkin!
This is hands down the best AJs location. The staff, except the older woman with blonde hair, is friendly, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about their products. I have never got a wrong coffee, which is why I always tip! Great job to the staff here!
I really like aroma Joe's but I can't go there anymore because you can't even pull into the place. It's a shame they won't open their lobby. Cars leave a bunch of room in between them. They could use a sign that says please pull as far ahead as possible so that you're not blocking traffic which is what I see happening every morning. You would think people wouldn't leave large gaps in between the cars but there is no common sense. This morning I was waiting in the turning lane to get into the drive-thru lane and the people just kept turning in and ignoring the fact that I had been sitting there waiting. I finally gave up. I have to go back to dunkin donuts and I don't even want to.
3 stars because their lobby hasn’t been open for probably about a year now. Employees are always friendly. There really is only good things to say except for when it comes to the lobby being locked. Looks like storage is more important.
80% of time the service is great. Every now and then it's a long wait to get our order. Every barrister we've dealt with are always pleasant. Love the products. Especially FRO -JOES.
I like the coffee but this is the second time I got breakfast sandwiches and they were frozen in the middle still had ice on the meat probably won't bother to eat here again but very nice people just not that good at cooking
best customer service everyone is so hardworking and deserving of their spot. Wish others could understand the kindness and effort the put into making our drinks and starting our day off with a good vibe.

Customer service experience with the employee Zoey was amazing. Such a sweet girl. Wish more kids had her attitude durring these times.
One of my co-workers picked me up a chai tea, it was awful, tasted like there was just milk, no flavor. I usually go to the one in Lisbon and have never had this problem.
