I love arby's, but I bike everywhere and they close their lobby early. their online hours dont reflect this and last time I went there, traveling across town in the dark to get some jalapeno poppers, they wouldnt take my order through the drive through. so if you are on foot or bike, dont trust their posted hours. they wont serve you late.
Mozzarella sticks are the best from a fast food chain that I've had around here.Chicken is also good. Drive thru was busy but not to long of a wait. The lady at the window treated us w/ respect which can be rare, there's alot of rude workers that prob shouldn't be in customer service but I never experience that at Arby's, Center St. location
I placed an order go at Arby's in Auburn Me.I had ordered a small roast beef and cheese sandwich. When I got home, I opened the sandwich to find out the pieces of roast beef definitely not the expected quality at all.It looked as if they had picked up the pieces from left overs, and they didn't put on any cheese. I called to speak with a manager about this, and they hung the phone up in my ear. I called back thinking that we had been disconnected by mistake, and when I asked why they didn't check the to go orders more closely, I was told that they didn't need the business, they already had enough customers ,and that my order was not important to them. Shame on them. Extremely poor customer service, I very strongly urge anyone to avoid Arby's in Auburn Maine! Boo to you.
Went through the drive thru to get a Smokehouse Brisket meal (#4) with a Jamocha shake. There was a bit of a line, but it was moving so I didn't have to wait too long. The employees were nice and also pretty quick. The only thing I didn't like was the sandwich itself, and only because it was falling apart as I was eating it. I would take a bite and the meat would fall out the other end. But that's no one's fault, it's just a saucy sandwich! The taste was very good though.
We love arbys so much. Today was extra good. Customer service was impeccable.

Never once have i got the correct order the first time and misses even simple stuff such as adding sauce to the bag when asked for it. Place is a joke.
Their food was so good. It was nice and hot and they got order correct. They even asked if I wanted any sauce to go with my fries.
Decided to stop by and try out their fish sandwich, the sandwich was freshly made and had a nice crispy crunch to it which I loved. One thing I would improve is curly fries mine were alittle cold but overall the meal was decent would definitely get the fish sandwich again but no fries.
We go there because the staff is pleasant,the food is good and they keep the restaurant clean.One of the better fast food places in Lewiston/Auburn.
