The server had no clue what she was doing walked by our table more then 7 times before even realizing our drinks needed to be refilled the didn’t bring my salad out before my meal and brought the wrong dressing. Other staff made excuses for her instead of trying to make our experience better. And there were flies flying flying around our table and food… gross!!! .
I went do dinner with my parents this afternoon. My parents both said their food was average. I was not happy with mine. My burger bun & whole burger was soaked in grease, & was pink. We discussed no pink twice. Our waitress was very nice & friendly the 2 times we saw her. She could have been busy?!? We had to flag down another waitress after we had been done over 15 minutes. Food was very slow.Service was slow.. waitress was slow/absent. This was my first time at this location and I usually LOVE Applebee's. Unfortunately we were disappointed.
I love it here but the cooks really seem different lately. The waitress was great. She got the stars i gave....food rubbery an last time the girl messed my whole order up then stole money. The manager tried making it right but after I told him about the money he didn't give it back to me. He gave me half of 1 meal off since the completely forgot that meal.
We went to celebrate my birthday.Nice staff, good food, good vibes, clean area.My Ribeye cook just right I want (medium rare) and server even let me check that what I like before she leave that so nice of them.
As Muslims, we do not eat any gelatin (bacon, pork, etc) which is a well-known fact. Everything was going great until we saw a piece of bacon fall from one of our plates. We called our server, who was incredibly sweet and got us the manager, Kevin, to speak to. He showed no remorse or sympathy whatsoever, and simply could not say where the piece of bacon even came from. He provided us with no help in the matter, which I believe is not manager-like behavior at all. We were incredibly saddened by the lack of remorse he showed us, even though our server was very remorseful and sweet.
The hostess are probably the rudest people I've ever encountered at a restaurant, ever. They don't smile, act like they are annoyed that you walked in. while waiting for our table I listened to them speak badly about other customers and staff. The food was great, however those girls really made me never want to come back. If entitled little girls that have an attitude about getting paid upset you or you expect a reasonable level of customer service, the Auburn Applebee's is not for you.
The food was good but I can tell my table was being intentionally ignored at times. The table behind us was seated after us yet every time the server showed up, she went to the table behind us. Overall, my party felt unwanted there so we left immediately after finishing our food.
Prices could be a little less, but everything seems to be increasing. My drinks tasted great though!
