Oh my word!! ? I hadn't had amatos since I was a kid and that experience wasn't great. I decided to take another chance today and I'm glad I did!! Ordered over the phone, phone service was awesome. I showed up later, but my order was ready. In person customer service felt kind of... awkward lol. But I got a large white pizza with chicken added. It's amazingg!! I play this dumb pizza game that has a similar pizza and I've been craving it bad lol almost nowhere else has garlic/white sauce. 10/10 would recommend ? Cheese bread is perfect also. Thank you!!
Wow... everything is fresh and fast. They don't skimp on the quality. A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. The girl behind the counter was super friendly and courteous.
There's only two or three people working and they can't hear you at the register because of the loud machinery behind them and above them, they didn't get our name to let us know that our food has been ready for I don't know how long we were there 30 minutes for two sandwiches and I guess I really didn't pay attention but there's only like two pieces of ham sliced on a hoagie I mean it tells you that I just didn't read it I'm assuming that when you get an Italian sandwich that it's got several different kinds of meat on it but I didn't read.
My first time trying Amato's. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Ceasar Wrap with fries. The wrap was larger than I expected and it was good. Service takes a while, but your order will be filled.

Worst experience ever ordered a steak and cheese and a half dozen meat stuffers and was told a half hour I was there for almost an hour there was 4 employees working non of them even looked like they had a clue in this world I get home and open up the steak and cheese and it is absolutely burnt to a crisp the bread was rock solid then open up the stuffers and there burnt aswell really disappointed with this experience and I'm not planning on going back for a long time

Worst ever lol. $8.59 for a large blt sub sandwich with three thin pieces of bacon, lettuce was wilted, veggies were old and not uniform and a lack of proportion thereof. The whole sandwich weighed about 6 ounces bread and all!!!Tiny, cheap, poor quality, overpriced and pathetic. I didn't even eat it. It was thrown in the woods on the parking lot border of your establishment to avoid more onset regret and frustrations of being ripped off. The lady at the register made me feel about as uncomfortable as an IKEA box spring on honeymoon night when I asked for onions and pickles!! Get it together Amato ownership and staff, serve the customer value and quality for the price you charge.
