My wife picked up some food from here just a few minutes ago. They asked her to pull into a parking spot after she had payed and 30 minutes later still no food. When she goes inside to figure out where the hell our food is, the manager and an employee are fighting. Once she got their attention they said they have no idea where her food was. She gave them her receipt, they then proceeded to make our order in under 10 minutes…You might be asking yourself, how was that possible and why did it take so long the first time? My guess, they gave us some old food or something, one of my chicken fingers had dried Zaxbys sauce on it. My wife didn’t even get the salad she ordered, and it had a terrible chemically after taste. I honestly don’t recommend anyone go here anymore til they can get it together. I’d honestly like a refund but they kept my wife’s receipt so I’m gonna guess that’s a no go. Very disappointed.
This Zaxby's is really hit or miss. What I mean by that is I've come here and gotten a salad, tea, and fries, and the salad was rotten, the fries were undercooked and cold and tasted like they had no salt whatsoever, and the tea was bitter from going sour. BUT I have also gone and had good, hot food with no issues at all. The customer service is also very hit or miss. I've had rude cashiers, creepy cashiers, super nice and friendly cashiers, cashiers who stopped me in the bathroom to tell me their life story... If you want to take a shot here, I would recommend the classic chicken fingers plate (no cole slaw, it's always sour here when I've had it!), the Cajun club chicken sandwich meal, the signature sandwich or club sandwich meal, or fried pickles.

McDonald's is always a disappointment. They never get orders correctly.
Salad was so good and fresh. Love that I could get grilled or blackened chicken. Will return for healthy options while on the road.
Evan Havens was absolutely the best and hard working General Manager I've ever seen at any zaxbys in the nation..I sincerely hope this company will give her the recognition and honor she deserves and earned

We come here all the time and it's usually good, slow but good. Tonight, terrible. Young ladies working were more worried about playing around, drink did not have any syrup and tasted all of soda water. Niblers poorly made, little to no sauce and a mess in the box fries were added as a side instead of what was ordered.The wings and things meal and two other drinks were right.Will be back but must get better.
The service was great but the food not so good. I ordered the traditional wings and they were too small, fried to hard, and too wet. My experience today was the same as the time before. I left feeling like I didn't quite get my money's worth
The food was good, but we did aww a mouse run through the dining area, I mean it happens didn't seem like a terrible place.
