Friend ordered from there as a special treat. It took 30 minutes for her order but the store had a steady stream of customers. Wings are not my thing but I tasted the French fries and they were good different but good
Wingz are horrible not like they use to be there are wet and soggy better running out of the container
I'm I very sorry for how I conducted myself while waiting for the food I had ordered. I see that this is a busy place and just thinking about all the stress that comes with it. Worst wings ever I had to cook everything at home and the chicken has to be new bc they were nothing but fat I'm highly disappointed for 30$
The food is good, but bring a hazmat suit and a respirator if you plan to use the restroom! It is consistently filthy, and half the time the tables are, as well.
I've been here quite a few times and generally everything is fine. Service is normally not the fastest but everything always tastes fresh so you accept that. My most recent trip was my first time using the App (which works pretty well) and I arrived in the window given to me and then waited another 25 minutes and my fries were left out of my order. The manager took care of everything so all well on that front. I will be returning because the food was still fantastic. (If you try the thighs, ask for extra sauce? They were a little bland given that much chicken and the skin is very deeply cooked and crispy but still very good.)
Anisa was the best employee I've ever had an encounter with. She was amazing. Loved my experience with all the 3 people there but only got her name because she went above and beyond! Loved it.
Waited an hour over 20 wings dinning in .. three people behind us received their orders before us .. a few walked out .. they was more worried about called in orders and doorsash .. the bathrooms are another story.. nasty .. no soap or towels . Piss all over the toilets .. soda machine was nasty .. half the tables need wiped down.. go somewhere else !
For some reason this location's staff has a history of just not checking to see whether to-go orders are correct before handing it off to the customer. That's like...their job. After several orders with this restaurant being wrong over the past few months, I refuse to order from here anymore. I'll go order from the Monroe location instead, even it means an extra 15 minute drive. But, if you don't mind paying for something and getting something completely different, then this is the location for you.
