Went to order and they used drive thru register for payment.. One lady was on personal phone with someone the whole time i was there and the other girl looked like she was high and looked lost.. The guy doing the cooking was only one that actually seemed like he cared.. 03/30/15 about 8:15 a.m. ...
If I could give them a worse score, I would. I ordered 2 salads. Before this I waited in line 4th place for 30 minutes. The cashier was moving like a sloth! Every employee was working soooooo slow. FAST FOOD......HAHA!after ordering waited 15 minutes more for 2 salads! Then they didn't get the order right? The only plus was the prepared salads obviously not done but prepackaged, were good. There was no happiness there? We are all alive and should be happy!
Ordered a French fries with bacon and cheese but what I get was an oily cheese and an overcooked bacon that is too salty. Didn't went back to complain as I am getting late for work. I'll give another chance but if I get the same result I will not be coming back.
Horrible Horrible experience. The lady at the windows proceeds to barate me telling me this isn't McDonald's and bringing my passengers to tears. The female employee refused to back down and got even more of a temper and thoughly upset my passengers.I I left without ordering anything I won't be back. Franchise owner must not give af there's already 10 reviews siting bad attitudes already.

Didnt give me a receipt.. of course.._ DISTRICT MANAGER?_ fix this pls_ i dont have a receipt, but i had a large chili & a small $1 hamburger. Paid $4.87. You can cross reference with date time. creditcard ran at drive thru.
The burgers are warm and are flavorful. More than I can say for Mc Donald's or Dairy Queen. The have had precooked cold hamburgers.

Why are you gonna make me wait behind 5 cars to order… to then tell me cash only… and still have to wait to leave… That is terrible service!
We eat Wendy's very often, and all over locations. By far, the Wells road pilot Wendy's is the best all around. Friendly people ,very helpful and kind. Always hot fresh food no matter what time. And it's always done just right
Stopped here to grab a quick hamburger or two. Ordered 2 Single Bacon Classics.........thats it! Attempted to scan my Pilots Rewards Card for a Military Discount and was informed by Brandon that Wendy's doesn't honor the military discount.And while Brandon was in fact respectful and polite in his explanation I politely said of course they do. He replied, "Not this store, they don't give any discount other than for Senior's".As I'm going down the interstate I unwrap and began to eat my lunch only to find out there wasn't a single remnant of bacon.Absolutely pathetic.At the bottom of their receipt it indicates that for taking their survey I can receive a free sandwich!Hell I just wanted bacon added to my hamburger, after ALL I PAID FOR IT.To Wendys Management: Keep your survey and your free sandwich. May I suggest instead try instusting your employees that prepare the food on how to follow instructions.Brandon done his job. Perhaps you could do yours?
