Husband and I tried this while in town. Portion sizes are perfect, prices are a tad high for burgers. This would get 4-5 stars if the staff was working and not playing cards at a back table. The tables were dirty with us literally being the only people in the restaurant upon arriving at 5:40. We ordered at the same time but used two cards (business trip) and his food came out 15 minutes after mine.Watched the cook come out several times with his gloves on and play cards at the table and walk back into the kitchen without changing gloves after touching said cards, tables and the door that’s propped open with a fan into the kitchen giving us full view of the kitchen and horseplay occurring.Seriously the food is good. I just wish the staff would work and give the customers a pleasant experience.
Normally everything is good there. Last Saturday 6/11 was not. Ordered and waited 45 mins for a burger and fries, and 2 salads. Sweet tea was out. Guess the owners came in she started some and got some ice. The others never finished the tea so we got something else. Others got the money back and left that was still waiting for their order after us.
The order board at the drive thru promised an excellent burger. An option of portion sizes. Then a variety of bread I choices. Then cheese selections. They even offer pepper jack! Several add-ons. Clearly visible prices, so there are no surprises at the payment window. Haven’t had a burger in awhile. This is going to be great! But then, I got to the window and had to wait and wait and wait. I was not alone. In fact, the young lady at the window asked me to drive around so she could take the orders of the cars behind me. I did. Then, I drove around again after the lady behind me grew tired of waiting and asked if I could pull over a bit so she could leave. I eventually asked for my money back and left. Promising. But no delivery of product or service. Go at your own risk!
Wish I could give them zero stars the burger meat was dry and flavorless and hard to eat and made me sick halfway through eating it. When we got home it only got worse until we starting throwing up the next day. Your service was poor and sad for no one being there as well. And for only 2 burgers 2 drinks and 1 fry it cost 30 dollars I've eaten here over a year ago an it was amazing, yall done went downhill real fast. I demand a refund, sir!
Good customer service very clean good atmosphere. Burgers ? were really good pricey but worth it. I ordered onion rings and regular fries as my sides. Onion rings were amazing they only gave me 5 rings ? don't order the regular fries not good at all they need crinkle cut fries instead. We're definitely going back I'm sure a 5⭐️ is in the near future.
Went through drive thru to get a burger, fries & 2 shakes today. Girl said it would be 15 minutes cause they was busy which I understand they busy and short on staff but when I had to wait 30 minutes and seen where other girl set a bag up there after 15 minutes and I was still sitting in drive thru. Finally got my food after waiting 30 minutes. Girl grabs the bag that I seen had been sitting there 15 minutes and hands it to me with the two shakes. I told her my food had been sitting there 15 minutes and was going to be cold she preceded to open bag,guess she was about to touch my food to see if it was cold. I just told her to give it to me and that I wouldn't be back. This was food for my disabled mother that was in the car with me. I didn't have time to go in and complain. But I won't be back. Oh and the shakes was like they poured milk over ice cream, more liquid than ice cream. They probably been sitting there the whole time melting.
I arrived placed my order and got my receipt at 7:07pm..I actually got my Burger at 7:52. I ordered loaded Fries as well and it’s 7:59 and they have yet to come out. Plp that came in afterwards got Burger and Fries together. This is unacceptable!! I had to get my money back for the Fries!! It was 7 plp that came in after me..5 got their food and two are still waiting!! I been wanting to try this place for a while now first impression was absolutely horrible. No one came out to apologize or anything!!
As a mother, I have every right to change my child. How do you expect me to change him with no changing table? The “manager” is yelling at her crew members and was very disrespectful. They’re short staffed due to management. The lighting in the back is horrible, feels like I’m eating in the dark. Please thank about the customers as well as the crew members.
Theres no where i can change my child’s diaper in the bathroom and there was little to no lighting the back of the restaurant to be able to see my food. the food is good but the atmosphere is not very good. the managers cussing and yelling with the kitchen door wide open for everyone to see. this restaurant used to be good but just gets worse everytime i eat here.
