Absolute worst taco bell ever. I know staff is hard to come by nowadays but if you can't avoid putting your problems on the customers and you can't operate to fast food restaurant standard then closed until you can. Noone should have to pay full price for this type of service. And for the few overworked employees that are here. Thank you for you service and I pray you all get raises and a break... I long one, paid! Cuz you deserve it for keeping this ghost ship a float.
Food was good but it took over 30 minutes to get our meal
In line 12 minutes for 2 steak chalupas when the chick said when i ordered they were only taking orders of 4 items or less. Ok fine. But IF THE ORDWR LIMIT IS 4 ITEMS WHY THE HECK HAVE I BEEN IN LINE FOR 15+ MINUTES. And of COURSE when I glt home the chalupas were chicken instead of steak. Never going there again.Of course their voice-mail box is full and nobody dares answer so can't contact them for a refund. Skip this one and go to Thomas Rd.
Zero stars. We are OTR truck drivers and the lobby was closed bc “COVID” ?and they wouldn’t answer the phone to take an order from us like any other fast food place does. Little Caesars was happy to take our business and we were very satisfied with a hot and ready pepperoni pizza ? thank you for NOT answering the phone
I have been to a lot of Taco Bell’s in my day, but this ONE takes the cake!!!! They can’t ever seem to be able to do ANYTHING anymore. Cause the Sonic directly across the street is ALWAYS FULLY STAFFED!!!!!! I live right here. It’s the closest. BUT THE WORST!!!! Are they open, are they closed, who can order, who can’t, how much can you order, ….. wait in line cause everyone else is. They just as upset too. It was crazy. And to think SONIC directly across the street has NO PROBLEMS. JUST THIS TACO BELL. Sooooo, tonight SINCE pandemic kinda over….. I thought I’d try again….. let’s see what happens….. I sit in line wait for 18 min and now it’s almost 11 pm and it’s my turn to order. I proceed to order and they tell me 3 is the max. So I order 3 $5 boxes. Wait, They meant 3 total items, including the drink…... I couldn’t even order a #1. There’s 4 items in a #1. They told me nope, it has 4. AND NOW there’s only one way in and one way out of the drive thru. THANK GOODNESS FOR SONIC RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!!!!!! I’ve got 4 people at home to buy for and now they only will let you order 3 ITEMS!!!! WOW!!!!I just don’t know what to do anymore. I guess not eat there and write a bad review!!!!! It’s horrible at the Taco Bell in West Monroe Louisiana on Cypress Ave across from SONIC and Walgreens. When will the excuses end!!!!!
Every single time we go to this Taco Bell, actually either location in West Monroe there’s a mistake either with the making of the food item or them burning it.This Thomas Road location had some attitude and tried to tell us that a burnt flour tortilla is the way that it is supposed to be made and then gave more attitude when we asked what the store number was because the receipt was missing three digits in the survey code and two digits in the store number. They were out of small flour tortillas and had no tomatoes but they did not mention that they did not have tomatoes when we first placed our order so that’s really not being honest with your customer because we’re paying for it ….you should tell us that you do not have that item.Since they did not have tomatoes we asked for a little extra lettuce or cheese which they did NOT do at all.As a matter fact it was a little on the skimpy side.
decided to close 30 minutes before close with no sign saying why. they do this far too often for it to be a staff issue. i never leave reviews, much less negative ones. i have no idea how they’re even still open. mcdonald’s does better in the same 1/2 mile radius.
Awful attitudes. Last time I went here me and my mother waited for about 45 to an hour in drive thru and when we finally got to the window were told they were closing for the night. Why don’t you walk yourself out there and tell your customers that before we waste our time waiting that long for nothing. Lost my business.
This has always been my favorite Taco Bell in our area. Unfortunately, it has significantly declined as of late. Within the last 18 months I have been turned away because they were "only filling Door Dash orders." Additionally, when I have been able to order the wait times have been pretty long (for fast food and especially Taco Bell.)Last night, I was trying to accommodate for the slow wait times so I ordered ahead using Door Dash. I showed up at the allotted time and got in the drive thru line because the lobby is closed. When I got to the order box I told them my name and that I had a Door Dash order. "Yes, Ma'am. Please pull to the second window." Then I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited... I was in line, stuck for 35 minutes. There were cars who had already ordered behind me jumping the curb and leaving because we had been waiting so long. When I got to the window. The window attendant was very polite, but also very confused or just upset. (I can imagine why.) She tried to give me the wrong drink, so I corrected her. She did give me the wrong order. I told her my name again, gave her back the wrong bag, and she apologized. When I got home and opened the bag, it looked as if the items had been put in up side down and thrown from person to person in a game of catch. Every item was cold and dry. I was missing items. And the cinnamon twists tasted like burned oil.I know everyone has struggled to modify their businesses to accommodate to our new normal, but it's been 2 years. Taco Bell, it's time to get your act together.
Very rude. If you have a sign saying drive through is open, you should at least explain at the window why it’s only door dash. Is the temporary. Just confused
