Completely suck!!!! My daughter was in line to ask if they had the freeze drinks cause her and her sister wanted one and there was a lady behind her and instead of helping her she helped the lady behind her they also didn't give us our cups we had to go back up there and get them and they only had 2 drinks available no straws no tops they had them they just wasn't worried about putting them up and the food was old and so hard I couldn't even eat my food and the staff was so rude!!! Worse experience I e had in my life!

It is definitely not the best one I've been to and my order was wrong. I didn't want to wait in line again and they were busy, so I just dealt with my regular Mexican pizza. I had actually ordered a veggie Mexican pizza. One of the other items I'd ordered also had this thick burned black crust inside the wrapper. I'm assuming they may have just needed to clean the grill?

Please don't order a beefy five from this location. Not sure why there's always an issue with that burrito specifically, but there is. We frequently are missing food or have different items than what we ordered. They are quick to correct the mistakes, but that's only helpful if you check as soon as they hand you the food. There have also been a couple times where there is loose meat in the bag when we get takeout.

I would give 5 stars if I wouldn’t have ruined a tire on their drive thru curb. Whoever made the design for that drive thru should revise it! I see so many trucks that have to back up just to get through!!

The taco tasted weird af. Like the meat tasted like it could have come in contact with some diesel.. there was definitely a dieselly dinge..

This is the second time in a row I’ve said “Never going back “ This time they didn’t give us all the food. For 3 it’s $30.98. When we’ve ordered the same thing everytime and it came to $15. and some change. I’m totally through this time

Our order was wrong, missing some things, but once it was brought to staff attention they corrected it quickly. They're all really nice and the food was really good. Love the new veggie options.

This location is generally good about giving you what you order and how you ordered it. Nobody is perfect but I will pass other locations to eat at this one.

Wish there was a zero stars button!! I placed an order online to be ready at 5pm. I get a call from my husband saying that the worker are saying they never received anything. I sent him the confirmation and all. He went back through the drive thru to try again and show them the confirmation. I'm still on the phone by the way... I hear them tell him he is wrong that they never got anything. He asked for them to make it right because it had already taken off the card. They said they couldn't do anything about it. And in my line of work I know that's a lie!! But whatever. Well then he decided to park and go in and then he seen there was an order just setting in a bag and when asked.... Oh wait here it is I'm sorry. Sorry doesn't cut it!!! People need to learn how to actually work for their money not just be there!! Oh and mind you the manager or assistant manager as it turned out was the one being so pushy on that didn't have anything and how they couldn't do anything about it. All they had to do was turn around and look!!

I really don't like this taco bell it's always have a really long line that takes like 30 mins just to get to take your order and if that's not bad enough it's always the order taken wrong or like cold food and I don't know if it's just me but I'm sick of them saying they dont have certain items it's like sad to say I thought taco bell was like the most went to fast food chain well I want be going through this location again if i dare to any others
