Absolutely horrible. EVERY TIME I come here, no one will serve me. Without a doubt. Every time I've tried, no one. It isn't just a broken stall either, I've tried multiple stalls and the drive through! I went tonight about 20 minutes before close and waited 15 minutes in the stall. I kept pressing the button and kept hearing a woman come on the microphone, breathe, and then turn it off on me. I waited SO LONG that someone in the stall next to me came to check on me. A random stranger checked on me, but an employee wouldn't! I finally pulled into the drive through and multiple employees stared at me, looked down, walked away and turned off the lights on me. THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS!!!! Once was in broad daylight around 1pm and I waited 10 minutes (yes, I did watch the clock) and no one would answer me. I kept hearing them turn off the microphone and employees giggling in the background. This business is a pathetic joke, and so is the "training" of everyone being paid to stand around and do nothing. I work in fast food, so I know what it feels like. I would never treat someone the way that this restaurant has treated me. It takes a lot to make me mad, but this place has me LIVID. Please, for the love of God, just go to McDonald's or anywhere else. Their ice cream machine might always be "broken" and your drink might have suspicious bubbles that may or may not be spit, but at least you'll get some form of service!
Okay, not for sure when or why, they don't serve the banana ? split anymore, but that was only some of it, the girl that brought the order out handed me the food and said have a good night, only problem, no napkins. Had to call them back out. And another thing, what happened to you guys putting the nut on a hot fudge sundae, and it just had a little bit of the cool fudge on the sides of the cup and a little drizzled over the top, anyways they were also out of whipped topping! There is a Walmart right next door ??
was only allowed 1 ranch dressing for a 5 piece chicken dinner with fries. asked for 1 more and was denied by the manager. I would have paid for it! ended up throwing the whole meal away because because 1 piece looked as if it had a man's "bodily fluid" on it... completely lost my appetite. wasn't worth the risk after seeing how the employees here acted when I overheard them last time I visited (while they were smoking weed by the dumpster!) extremely rude, vulgar and unprofessional. I will drive across town to avoid this particular sonic!
Employees are complete garbage. They cant ever get a complete order to you and get upset if you call up there about it. They tell you to come get it but you never know if they spit in it or not due to you upsetting them. Place needs an adjustment
Several ordering pods were not operational.That said, food and drinks were brought out quickly, and carhop was friendly and welcoming.
Nothing but pure laziness, ordered two blast only to have an employee cover the top layer with toppings and nothing inside the actual ice cream. Who ever is letting their employees at this franchise put out this kind of quality should be ashamed!! I will never return to this location again, ridiculous!
This place is a joke. I keep giving it a chance and it just keeps disappointing. I have never had a correct order. Their chicken strips are a joke. Tonight my 3 chicken strips were so small they looked like nuggets. They also seemed like they were cooked earlier in the night and reheated. I asked for fries and got tots. My gravy was disgusting, brown instead of white and only half full cup. Apparently it’s the same gravy they used all day and scraped the bottom of the barrel for mine. The last time I came. I pressed the red button and sat for 7 minutes before they finally took my order. Someone better manage this place better or it will be out of business. There are lots better places to eat around this area.
This Sonic has some of the dumbest people in the world. Ordered my drink with extra ice and they put my husband drink with extra ice not mine. Also ordered a large sweet tea and don't know what that drink ended up being. It tasted like some kind of coke but who knows. Get on the ball Sonic or shut down. America can live without you.
I have ordered from this sonic on door dash multiple times and I never receive all of my food. Last time I ordered a sonic blast with my meal and they didn’t send it. My most recent order I ordered a burger with chili cheese tots and didn’t get the tots at all.Just drive to the one with the playground if you actually want to get all your food.
food took 30 minutes to come out and we were the only car there?? 15 minutes after it said he was on his way. asked the carhop for condiments and he never came back… then when we left we saw him literally standing in there doing nothing.
