Originally i.gave this place a 5 star review. Their service is fast and the food is hot. I go here about twice a week. However lately something is always wrong. Missing food mostly. Today took the cake though I was trying to place an order and the lady kept cutting me off and I kept trying to tell her what she was putting in for me wasn't what I wanted. And then she cut me off mid order. I didn't even get to order everything I wanted too. Extremely rude, I will take my business to another sonic.

They have alot of young staff but they r awesome o just wish they wouldn't have stop giving a recipe that sometimes had free route 44 but it's awesome there

Ordered a double bacon with everything, the order was read back to me twice, and I still received a plain double bacon,no mayo,ketchup,lettuce nuthing
The Sonic at 3000 Cypress St., is my most favorite Sonic ever… The food is top notch ! Service is always timely ! Servers are the best - efficient and friendly ! I pass up two other Sonic locations just to go to this location !
Excellent service and Patrice is A DARLING!!!Today I was a bundle of nerves and Tee came to my vehicle and helped me use the app!!!!Her parents did an EXCELLENT job! You couldn't ask for a more attentive, kind young lady!!
