This place has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. There was no wait for a table on a Friday night at 7pm but it was still fairly busy. The food came out quickly and our waiter was great.My grandmother got the spaghetti with Italian sausage and she said it was very good.I got the margherita pizza and it was pretty disappointing. The mozzarella cheese was thicker than the crust in some places and the crust was soggy from the sauce. The crust could have been cooked longer as well. When I took a bite from the pizza the mozzarella cheese was so thick that it came off of the pizza in one piece. I finally had to eat it with a fork.
I can't say enough good things about the food or customer service! The food was amazing and the customer service was truly the best I've EVER had anywhere. From the moment we walked in to when we left, everyone was friendly and respectful. It was so good we are here TWICE this weekend. We will be back next time we're in West Monroe!!Recommend: Tre Combo Pasta, Stromboli, Pizza, fried Ravioli, Eggplant Parmesan
First time eating here. And will be back when traveling through the area again. Stromboli was wonderful . I have yet to find this good of one anywhere in Houston. It was a great being able to enjoy this since moving south from Hershey, PA. The staff was very nice and the Owner was very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place when in the West Monroe area either traveling through or living in the area. This is a true gem of an Italian restaurant. Best of luck and will be seeing you next time we travel through.
Cute family restaurant in West Monroe, a tad difficult to find since it’s behind another restaurant and there isn’t a sign telling you where to turn off, but worth the search.Started with a small Caesar salad, the bread was warm and tasted fresh, and the beer came out nice and cold. Followed up with their “favorite chicken” in pink sauce, the portion was extremely generous and tasted great. Finished off with tiramisu, which went great with the stout they had on tap.Service was very friendly, you could see folks being greeted like old friends all around. Very nice dining experience.
Excellent service and kind interactions. Very clean restaurant and bar. Nice atmosphere. We had stuffed mushrooms, the fried eggplant parm, and grilled chicken and veggies. ALL of these items were delicious! We also had side salads with a wonderful house dressing. I don't give 5 stars very often, but this place deserves it. Definitely going back one day to try the pizza and fried cheese ravioli.
Today we ordered fried ravioli and a Calzone . Both were absolutely delish shared between 2 people easily as well as the phone in order politeness and pick up service was great . I didn’t even know where they were located when we ordered today . But so thankful we tried them . Please appreciate the Italian guy I couldn’t understand who handled the pick up order . He could talk to me all day no idea what he said but say it again lol
We did takeout for a large family group at home. The food was ready on time for pick up. The grilled chicken on a bed of fried vegetables—like an Italian fajita—was delicious. The bread was fresh—obviously home baked. The kids loved the cheese pizza. Great variety and wonderful service. Plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow. One of the great restaurants in W.Monroe.
I wouldn’t advise getting anything from here to-go. The lasagna was a small, greasy pile that had maybe an ounce of meat in it. First and last time trying this one.
It is always a pleasure to be greetrd when entering. We were seated and the bread was fresh. Sauce is a must. It was nice not to feel like burden even though they were closing in an hour.The chicken picatta is amazing if you like capers. Their chicken is thin, well seasoned, and great texture. I often struggle with tough rubbery chicken texture and this was far from that.The calzone was good as always and consistency is nice.I enjoyed speaking with the owner and it is nice to see pride !!! Customer service was great and our waiter, Adrian, was super nice.We will be back.
Traveling through and happened to find this place. The food is very good. The breadsticks are amazing! We’ve made a note to make sure we stop in next time we’re in the area.
