I made a stop here in the midst of a 12 hour drive back home. The cashier was very rude! She was speaking badly and lying to the manager after she cashed out someone else wrong and couldn’t pull up our correct order. She asked how much was our order and I explained that I didn’t remember the amount and she walked off cursing and complaining. The manager came to ask us what was on the order and pulled it right up. Others in the drive thru were getting out of their car to come back for things that they were missing from their orders. This place is completely ghetto and unprofessional.
remembering the whole order.they left out my fries and my daughter's ice cream.i wont be back.this happens all the time.get it together

Clean, spacious to keep social distance. Friendly service.Their late machine was broken so I could not order my favorite late.
Fish sandwich was dryed out no tarter. NOT FRESH
We had a great experience at McDonald's this morning. Our coffee was hot! The bathrooms were clean and well cared for. The ladies were working very hard at the front and in the Drive-Thru. As I observed I noticed that they were making a fast effort to tackle the long line and they were doing a good job. I must highlight girl power! Thank you very much to these ladies especially Taki, Glenda, and Margaret, excellent job.
People working can't hear you bc they have music so loud in the other ear. Hate to sound just mean, but can they not read. Only able to use drive thru so how can you get orders wrong.( This was the manager). On top of all that, it was COLD!! This is probably the third time in a row ( Yes, I am a glutton for punishment) Don't bother complaining on the website, does no good.
It was very good got the Mc rib .
Took a long time in drive thru and then of course got sent to wait in front of store while others went thru behind us. All for 2- 4 for 4 meals.
