Management was RUDE! Bathrooms were DISGUSTING! Was waiting about 7 or 8 minutes for employees to stop cutting up with each other and come take our order. Nobody even came up until we started loudly calling for assistance and THEN was told to use the self help kiosks in the lobby and let them know when we were done. Well we did let them know and the manager catches an attitude while asking what we ordered. I said "shouldn't you already have the order if I used the kiosk like I was told to?" And she said "I don't know who told u to do that because the registers are down". Me, not understanding what one had to do with the other began to list off our rather long order only for her to walk off and start talking to somebody else. At this point I had it and walked out.
The drive thru was very slow and my burgers were made wrong. I asked for No ketchup and extra DICED onions and extra pickles. I had no diced onions and only 1 pickle with overflowing ketchup.The only good thing about my visit was, my fries were hot and fresh and my sweet tea was extra sweet.
I had to give a star for a review. This is the worst macdonald I have been to in 40 years. Nobody to take orders. And when they take orders it's not right. Very rude and loud with people
I am wondering where the other part of my Big Mac patties are like they are 1/4 the size they used to be McDonald's shaking my head you really have gone downhill you are greedy give me my food back for cheap what happened to the dollar menu and why is your sweet tea got all that sugar in it dog literally it does not have to have that much sugar yuck
Service was a little slower than usual. Food was tasty.

Worse Macdonald spot in all of monroe they are slow! I am sitting here for 20 mins no car out of 5 of us has moved once I had to leave they need new staff or manager or somthing sad sad sad
Give it a higher rating finally good management excellent service and food not tasting like bad Greece. This restaurant has taken a turn overnight for the better. Totally substantial cleaning inside and I worked in the restaurant business for 34 years I could find something wrong in a New York second. Nothing upon nothing including grease stains from cars in the parking lot everything is spic and span clean.
The microphone is badly muffled causing confusion with the order. Had to correct the order at the pickup window and pay seperately. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.
