I got a half of a sandwich and after eating half I turned it around to find a huge chunk of mold!!! I was so disappointed. It definitely bigger than the size of a quarter. Who knows how much mold I could have eaten

0 stars... I ordered online and showed up when it said it should be ready, my husband went in to get it and they told him it was gonna be 10 more min for the spud, no big deal, I understand. He goes back in 10 min later, they say it's still not ready because they got busy. And she just offered a refund. There was 1 car in the parking lot when we pulled in and multiple staff members standing around. Ridiculous. I will be contacting corporate.

Beautiful new building. Very nce servers. They were not short-staffed but the kitchen staff was the problem. Ran out of spuds at 7:30 pm on a Sunday.. Slow on substitute orders. Food cold when it came out. Kitchen staff talking smack the whole time and giving our table the stink-eye. If you want to eat after a movie, pick somewhere else. Such a shame.

Went to the location on McMillan in west monroe! Customer service terrible the girl brought us our food and we asked for sour cream! She went to get some and everyone in the back is hollering no sour cream! She come back to the table with butter and says something as she walked away! Who knows what ! So I go back and ask where is sour cream and we get told I’m sorry we don’t have any ! They literally sell potatoes all day and you don’t have sour cream ! But worst of all was the attitude from the girl behind the counter when I went back to ask for sour cream ! Do better mcallisters! This is ridiculous!

I love this place.. my favorite is the McAllister Club Wrap. Anytime I’ve had issues with my orders they were very quick to fix it and offered extras. The service is great. Food fresh. The soups are amazing, the spuds are amazing.

I will be coming back to this McAlisters more often. Savannah Hodge was exceptional with her customer service. 10/10 recommend.

The kids seemed to love the Chicken and Broccoli bowls!I was disappointed to hear they've run out of bacon!!! A supply issue that I doubt is their fault, but I did have to amend my own order. The customer service was great. The entire staff seemed especially friendly.Overall, it was an enjoyable dinner.

Our order was wrong (my wife said kids meal on the menu specified it was supposed to come with a cookie). Personally I'd prefer a kids meal come with a drink rather than a dessert, though having the drink extra also made the kids meal only $2, so that was nice.Bathroom was clean and I liked that it was just for an individual since I have little kids (made it easier to help them out), but some people might not like the potential wait that causes.Really the big negative was the food itself. My wife and I both got potatoes and the skin was burn for each. I know the skin isn't the tastiest part, but I usually eat it because it's healthy. That was not possible this time. My wife didn't like the chicken on her potato either. Just a very disappointing taste experience. The cashier who took our order was nice though.

I haven't ate at McAlister in over 3 years. I ordered Sweet Chipotle Chicken sandwich and it was good but didn't have very much chicken. Also the bread was usually flat grilled and this time it wasn't. I just moved back close to McAlister and I guess that changed.

Asked for marinated tomato salad to go with my Reuben sandwich, got home 20 miles later and found potato salad. And there was no pickle. A Reuben isn't a Reuben without a pickle. And why is all of the meat seem to be on one side of the sandwich. For a ten dollar Reuben, McAlister's can do better.
