The Johnny’s on Sth 2nd is TRASH!!! No CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!ORDERS ARE NEVER RIGHT!!!! IF THEY EVEN PUT THE ORDER IN!! YOU NEVER KNOW WHO IS WORKING OR WHO IS THE CUSTOMER!!Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! THAT ONE STAR IS ONLY TO POST!!
Couldn't wait to try the sweep the swamp Pizza it had four or five crawfish and I never found any shrimp on it.
Young man that answered the phone was in a “rush” and the background was very noisy. Hung up on me trying to add to order. Tried ordering on line and had a multitude of issues; from not all items offered missing to their software attempting to change my address. Spoke with the manager and his excuse was I got a “new” person. That is a lame excuse and one heard before. Then the food was not very hot on delivery. (This was Warren Dr.)
Winnsboro la. Rude employees.. very slow. I keep saying maybe they will get better. Nah worst employees. If this place does have a manager his/she is well over paid totally does not do the job. Whole staff needs replaced.
Literally took over an hour for us to get our food and they had ZERO explanation of why it took so long! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
i just left the restaurant. Ad we walked in a female employee was yelling about how she needed help that she was leaving. A male came to the front to take our order I said ooo she's got a lot of drama, he shook his head yes, took our order and then went to the kitchen and told her what I said. Her rely was well FU*K those people. I waited for the food to come to the table and tried to talk to the male about what happen3d and he just walked off. I asked for the manager and was told she is the manager, she told another young guy to refund me. I asked who was above her and he replied that he was. I asked for whoelse was in charge and he said the GM is on vacation. The young girl kept trying to talk to me and that point I told her she was making it worse. None of these "managers" tried to talk to me about happened. This is not how you run a small business!
The 1 in Bastrop Louisiana is horrible. 1st my pizza was cold then they try to blame my dude that picked it up 20 minutes after I placed the order. I called to complain and they tell me I have to bring the other 1 to swap out EVEN THOUGH I just paid the man $10 to go get it. I don't have ANOTHER $10 to pay this man to get a replacement. They are dead wrong for that. They don't care though.
We ordered Johnny’s for delivery and when we opened our breadsticks they were burnt to a crisp. I have provided a picture for reference. I have never been so disappointed in this restaurant.
