Went in for a stack of pancakes. They were excellent and service was great and friendly. Great breakfast stop.
The wait staff was very unpleasant and when we stayed that we were going to share an entre she was totally unclear as to what we wanted. We are elderly and it was late. We could never have finished two. There was only one other table occupied, and those were friends of the staff, so they got all the attention. Weeft a very small tip, something we rarely ever do
It took a long time for our food but only because we needed gluten free pancakes. Everything was very good BUT the bananas on the strawberry french toast were VERY green. Be sure to ask before you order this if they have ripe and if not don't include them. Ew... Big kudos for having gluten free pancakes, tho! We enjoyed our visit ?
Was impressed this location got its act together somewhat on service...last time I went in this location.. I ended up walking out due to extreme lack of sevice.. Much better WM!
Everything was clean and very nice waitress (must better than the Monroe IHOP) will go here again!
Our waitress was so friendly. She checked on us every few minutes. Our food came quick and it was delicious! Left her a fat tip and I will definitely be calling this my favorite place to go before or after a movie!
Waitress was understood our limited time to have lunch. The food was good and we had fun listening to the life-sized Santa at the entry way.
TL;DR Awful place, awful employees, awful time in general. This place is absolutely awful. We walked in and saw the restaurant was completely empty. No host/hostess at the front. Several employees saw us through the glass but we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to get to us. I could understand if they were busy but for the whole restaurant to be completely empty? We finally got sat and ordered our drinks. After delivering our drinks, our waitress went to sit down nearby on her phone. Trying to get her attention (and I know she saw me) to ask for refills and she ignored us until it was time for our food.
Got me sat, ordered, & served faster short staffed then they ever did in the past!!! I was very impressed!!! Awesome server too!!!
This is the worst place I have ever been. Gentleman in front of us was waiting 15 mins. I asked a waitress if there was a hostess. This hussy had the nerve to grab an attitude from h3ll with me & tell me no! They are short handed & will get to us when they can. We ALL left & I directed a family in the parking lot not to go in either.
