Food was cold. Delivery person was rude as was the individual answering the phone in store. Did not bring utensils for the lava cakes or pasta. One of our pizza was crushed with the cheese and topping stuck to the top of the box. Tried to catch the Delivery person but she was already in the elevator. In store personnel were unapologetic and unwilling to make any attempt at rectifying their gross negligence with our order. Don't order from this location.
We hit them up, atleast twice a week, if not atleast once, live on there coupons, and very competitive ,,reasonably priced for the fresh ingredients that they get, other places charge $20 for a decent pie with flavor unless you want a little Caesars…. You know the one that the size of a man hole ..!! Lol yes

This is Our personal custom pizza, late posting, but Dominos has definitely won our business.. You can customize your own pizza! Their pasta dishes are absolutely delicious. Try the Chicken carbonara; I opt out of the mushrooms and onions. Their Brookie is so good.. taste fresh..I personally like Hand-tossed well done.This one is Black olives; hamburger; ham; Bacon, spinach; green bell peppers.
The pizza was pricey for the amount of toppings. Was definitely not “normal“ toppings. Very little. Extra cheese was at best light cheese in comparison to other pizza places. Taste was just okay. Ordered online for in store pickup; which was an option. Was rudely told, “we are not open to the public”. Two years into Covid and they are still scared; assuming. Had plenty of workers on hand. Guy at drive-through was polite.Not interested in returning or suggesting to others.
I WOULD GIVE A 0 STAR RATING IF POSSIBLEWorst experience. Waited 2hours for our delivery, tried calling to set on hold. Finally decided to drive up to the drive through. Only to be told to that our pizza was not ready and they can’t take off the delivery fee even though we were picking it up at the store due to their negligence.when speaking to the manager he was rude and stated he was happy that we were canceling before slamming the order window in our face.
I've ordered wings from this place a few times and they almost always forget to put the Buffalo sauce on it. Idek why I think they will anymore. I call to get my order redone and then they say that there isn't anything they can do about it. Terrible customer service and terrible food.
I came here to pick up any order after I got my daughter from school. And the first crew girl was really sweet but when the other girl handed me my order. Wow she was horrible she just handed me my food. Didn't ask me if I needed anything else I was trying to ask for something but the window closed so fast in my face that I drove off. And that red hair was something.
I'm normally not one to post a review, but this needs to be said. I ordered from here and my order showed it was being inspected for over 30 minutes. I finally called to see what the problem was and the MANAGER told me at 7:45pm that it would be 3 AND A HALF HOURS BEFORE I GOT MY PIZZA DELIVERED. First off, they never once tried to contact me to let me know before I called, 2ndly they stated my order was ready and I could come get it if I wanted it badly enough. So what I am gathering is they were planning to deliver me a pizza at 11:30pm that had been sitting out since 7:15. This is beyond unacceptable and I am sure a violation of health and food safety and I will be finding someone who is in a higher position at dominos to complain to.
I never had a problem with my order and love using the app.
