Haven't been to a Denny's in several years, food was very good and server was very friendly and efficient. The only issue, and I mean the only issue I had was that I asked for brown gravy on my chicken fried steak and I got white gravy. I didn't say anything because I like white gravy as well, just not like brown gravy. I pointed it out to the server when I paid and she was very, very apologetic about it. I would go back to this Denny's in a heartbeat. Edit: I went back early this morning, I was the ONLY customer in the entire restaurant, and they messed up my order again. I ordered the chicken fried steak dinner with mashed potatoes and wild rice, I got mashed potatoes and fried potatoes. It's not like they got my order mixed up with someone else's cause I was the only one there as I said. I called and told them about it cause I ordered to go. She apologized and said they'll get it right the next time, no they won't cause I won't be going back. Watch your order if you go, especially if it's a to go order. I'll go to Waffle House across the street from now on, no more sloppy service Denny's.
Been waiting all my life for Denny's to come to my hometown. They are finally here. Service was really good, very clean place and my pancakes and eggs were the best. Only thing was my hash browns could have been cooked a bit longer. In places they didn't taste like they were done all the way. But overall, definitely recommend going here. I know I will be going back
Glad to see Deny’s back. Ate there today and food was excellent….waitresses were excellent.However, the Manager was very rude to her work force in front of me and my sister and other customers.There is a place to get on your help but not at that time. We were as customers very uncomfortable….want to see deny,s come back strong but this won’t helpSorry I usually don’t give bad reviews but this was necessary and as the owner you should know about thisI will be back if that manager is not present.
Service was good, food taste good was season good.
Redemption Review - I was invited back by the current manager and accepted her invitation. The food and service were excellent. Denny's has redeemed themselves!!!!???? Don't believe the "Endless Breakfast (Eggs, hash Brown, and Pancakes) advertised on TV. I went and could not get more of anything. Management would not come to the table to talk about it, their corporate office just sent an automatic form email. No one but the waitress tried to solve the problem, and she couldn't get me any food either. This is the worst run, most management indifferent restaurant in the Twin Cities. ????
Didn't have to wait to be seated. Our meals were hot, fresh and delicious. Our meals came out fairly quick. Our server, Dona C was awesome. She was on top of everything and didn't miss a beat.
I will not go back there again the FOOD and the SERVICE was HORRIBLE!!!! The waitress could not get nothing right after telling her multiple times what I wanted and how I wanted it and still bought it to me very uncooked I walked out leaving the food on the table and yes I did pay the bill and still gave her a 5.00 tip!! WAFFLE HOUSE needs to give them waitresses and cooks some lessons!!!
It has been a while since I ate at a Denny's restaurant but my buddy we were in the West Monroe area location and he took me there I ordered a country steak dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy and rice and the waitress Carolyn was very nice and she made sure that we will okay without food and it was very delicious and I would be returning their sometime soon in the near future and one more thing, when me and my buddy were getting ready to leave we stopped up to pay for our order and the waitress Carolyn found my phone which I almost left it there was kind enough to return my phone to me before me and my buddy left which was a very good thing for her and I appreciate her for finding my phone in the seat at the booth and returning it to me she definitely gets an A+
My morning started off a little hectic so I thought I would go to the new Dennys for a nice breakfast and relax. Well hell… the cooks and I assume the manager was in a knock down hollering match. This was after the manager went to the kitchen and calling everyone liars etc. because they missed one item on an order. I could continue but I won’t waste my time. Total chaos! The manager should’ve controlled herself without insulting her cooks for the whole room to hear. Then she comes back up front and continues with her rant to another waitress. The older waitresses were total embarrassed and apologetic. What a disappointment.
It is a great place to eat and feel welcome. Always have happy smiling faces and very polite staff. Food is awesome, tried Nashville chicken melt and few other it’s delicious.
