Pulled up, not many people in the place and only like 4 cars in the line, figured wouldn't be too long a wait, but then noticed a vehicle sitting to the right that a girl brought a bag out to. And the line isn't moving, oh yeah, already made an order for a banana split and a strawberry cheesecake shake. After sitting for about 10 to 15 minutes, the line moved enough for me to pull out of the line to go down the road to the Sonic. I took my wife out in my '65 Chevy C10 truck for Ice cream.
I ordered some tenders , and I asked for them yo be cooked to order well once I reached the window it was already ready. Once I looked in the box you can look at them and tell that they just dropped them back in the grease, they were also hard and you could taste the grease. I also had to pull up just for a slushy.
Got happy meal and ice cream came with them. They had to eat ice cream first because it came out first and was melting.The burger and fries wasn't that good.
I appreciate the owner reviewed my one star complaint. I hope they will resolve the issue. The problem was staff not the food. I recommend sticking to the burgers and blast. ?
Their ice cream ? was pretty good ?
I don't know why DQ exists. The blizzard is the only reason this entire restaurant stands and frankly, it's not that great. Blizzards are better than Mcflurrys but worse than Blasts from Sonic. In fact, Sonic does everything that DQ does better and there is one 1/4 down the road. That sonic will be quicker, the fries will be better and the burger will be better. I felt like I get absolutely ripped off when I eat here. Blizzards are small, the fries are always soggy and flavorless the burgers are pretty tasteless and the buns have a terrible texture. Prices reflect the quality of a much nicer fast food restaurant and DQ is not that. Go to Burger King across the street or Sonic.
Food was good but drive thru was very slow
We eat here a lot, but last night, they would not accept any cash payments, and wanted credit card only. This has happened a few times previously too. We had to go elsewhere to spend money.
We got there at about 8:45 and you could tell that they were short staffed, but the staff that was there went above and beyond to help us as quickly as possible. they were polite, quick, and friendly.
Delicious and I don’t even like chocolate ice cream. Or so I thought ??♀️
