The biscuit is always hard and the chicken is never hot and fresh. But I can say that the bomers was hot and fresh.

This is the most racist place in West Monroe La, the service is horrible. Went to buy dinner at 5pm and the clerk to me I couldn't order inside while she was feeding her kids. They never have the chicken ready, in what world does it take 35 minutes to cook chicken. They were not polite at all. I will tell everyone I know to never eat at this location.
While the food is excellent the service is horrid, even the management lacks anything even close to customer service
They ran out of Cole slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy and we had to wait for about 20 minutes for a new batch of chicken to be cooked. The food was good. The sides we got were corn on the cob, fried okra and fries. We enjoyed our meal tho.
Friendly staff and chicken was so hot I had to wait for it to cool off before eating it. Its always clean and nice in side. Will be back.

Ticks me off that I have to give a star. Personally would have put NEGATIVE 5!Let's see. ...Won't answer a phone!!Sit at order sign for 20 minutes being ignored. Drive up to window, we'll, then you get rude, deaf and lazy. 5 out of 10 different items, they didn't have. 2, they were out of. The other 3, well, a do believe a hockey puck would've been more edible. And just to top things off...absolutely nothing to drink! You're a restaurant, how is that possible!!!
