We spent a total of two hours here, only one drink per each person was served. We had to ask for service 3 times, ask for our food twice, and had to fix our order twice. One of our appetizers was given to us much after our entrees we’re severed. The things that were missing from our order were given to us in to go packages, so was the dessert. Every table around us was seated after us, served before us, and got to leave before we did. We even had to ask for our check to be imputed into the ziosk. I don’t think it was completely our servers fault, but also the server being over seated and bad management of the area.
Service was not good at all, we stood and waited 10 minutes while Service workers passed by and never acknowledged us. There were only 4 booths with customers in them in, and I watched several workers in the back standing around doing nothing. It was 2 hours and minutes even before closing. I called the restaurant and asked were they open and serving and the lady replied yes, and I informed her we been standing waiting for several minutes and finally 5 minutes later someone came. The server seemed like he was irritated while taking the orders and tried to use funny jargon, but whatever too late. The food was okay, I understand people are stressed and working short handed but an apology and good customer service is not hard to ask for. In the restaurant business people actually pay for the establishment to remain open and if your service is poor and 26 other restaurants around you, then do the math.
I commend the lady that greeted us at the door and our waiter who was also the bartender they tried their hardest to make our visit pleasant . My son and I stopped in for supper after a long day immediately we was told of the wait due to staffing issues, which I completely understand, so a few imperfections did not bother me, but what I heard coming from the kitchen was terrible. No one deserves to be talked to in that manner. Everyone needs to learn kindness and understand that everything is not going to always be perfect. Lower your standards when you see that someone is doing their very best. Don’t expect grade A service when you have been notified of potential staffing issues instead be compassionate and understanding and if there is an issue address it in away that you would like to be spoken too. Everyone in the America’s working class is strained , everyone is short staffed. Once again thank- you to both the greater and waiter for their efforts to maintain positivity in such an environment.
The food was decent but it looked like they threw it on the metal tray from the other side of the kitchen. The worst part of the visit was the fact you could hang beef in the dining room. I noticed most of the people were going back out to their cars and getting their jackets.
Got take out service was good young lady was polite. I ordered country fried steak the seasoned corn on the cob and loaded mash potatoes were good the country fried steak was chewy but it was seasoned well. If they could serve a tender steak this would've been a very good meal. Easy fix!!!
Food was ok..it was really cold in the restaurant.. our Waitress seem more interesting in talking then checking on our table..one of our dish was dry and cold so we had to send it back..the experience was ok but I doubt if I go back anytime soon
food was burnt, hard as a rock, cold, and disgusting. 0/10, do NOT recommend.
This restaurant is horrible. It's dirty. The food is terrible. Our chips were so full of salt we couldn't eat them. We asked for more chips and the second batch were worse than the first. My daughter and I ordered Cajun Chicken pasta and it was just noodles with probably a cup of Tony's seasoning poured over it. My husband asked for water twice and never received it. We will not be back. This use to be our favorite place but it has seriously gone down hill.
Good food, reasonable priced for amount of food, it's a hit or miss with service quality dealing with time and servers, but it won't deter my return.
My family and I went in there around 1. Sat there for 15 minutes just to be told it would be 5 minutes then 5 more minutes. We sat there as there was tables cleaned and not being used. Pure laziness. Never will we go again!
