After eating at several locations and deciding I don't like Chick-fil-A anymore; today my daughter wanted to eat here, and I agreed only because I love her. But I'm so glad I came. This is the best spicy sandwich and fries I've eaten in 2 years. Everyone should work here at least once in their life. The employees are uncommonly polite. We could all learn something here about patience, they're so kind too. The seemingly endless lines go very quickly and the food is always good.
Chick-fil-A in West Monroe is by far the best fast food restaurant. I’d go as far to say that even among other Chick-fil-A’s I’ve visited out of town. I’m a signature member which means MANY orders and they are generally quick & accurate!! Food is always hot, if supposed to be and ice versa!!

Super busy inside and out (dine in and drivethrough), but moves fast, staff are kind, quick, & proactive, and staff are constantly cleaning surfaces, even if people just touch them (not just after someone sits down and eats).
