Forgot to take a picture, but food was fresh and good quality for what I purchased. I got the surpreme sampler. The chicken has a unique crisp and taste that only Capn' D's offers. The hushpuppies were moist and flavorful. I couldn't even finish my portion after sharing with my wife!Definitely buying a family pack so I can take it back home to Texas. You will be missed Captain.
The fish had a horrible taste, and didn't seem cooked long enough, still almost frozen. They also gave me the wrong order. But for what it's worth, management made it right and very kind about the entire ordeal.
The cashier could have been better. I had to repeat everything I was saying, she wouldn't remember anything I said and said everything in a step by step to give her time but no she was still bad. She was leaning all over the counter not standing up and was very unprofessional. But the food and the other workers around her were Amazing.
Love this place. The food was hot and fresh. More so delicious. Staff were very courteous and friendly in helping me chose from the menu . I enjoyed my meal.
They don't know how to count they don't know how to cook fresh look fresh food and they don't know how to fill an order the way it's supposed to be filled A two-year-old could have done better than that

Captain D's is always a great meal anytime. The wait is a little longer than other places, but the food is always hot and freshly cooked which keeps me coming back.
Used to excellent service and boy did it change. Little girl at drive thru was a complete idiot and very unprofessional. I started order in drive thru and she said to hold and then proceeded to have a personal conversation while the mike was still open. 5 min later, I finally asked if I could finish ordering and she said welcome to captain d's. Didn't even remember me starting order. Then she repeated back my 2 orders 3 times and each time was wrong. 4th time she finally got it right, but when I got home she still screwed it up. Man I miss the little lady who never got your order wrong.
