Wish there was a lower rating than a 1 star.Congratulations To the franchise owners. You have the absolute worst Burger King. The team lead is absolutely rude. The manger is just as rude. My order was completely messed up. The chicken sandwich is way over cooked even though they said we cook them for 5 minutes. Ok what about the time it sits in the heat rack? I guess that doesn’t cook anything or dry anything out. But hey as long as the owners are happy. Maybe they won’t be as happy when people stop spending money there.
I would have given 5 stars if they hadn't put pickles on the bacon double cheese burger! The way I ordered it!
Understaffed. Won't give a receipt through the drive-thru. Claim printer is broken and not going to be fixed.
The burger was good but the service was horrible. The drive through teller was extremely rude and even made ugliest faces at us.
I ordered 4 cheeseburgers and a 8 peice nuggetInstead I got 3 slopburgers they barely even had the slice of cheese on the burger and no nuggetsI thought McDonald's was the clown burgers y'all are lame ....?
Wow! Last time I was here, the manager felt it had taken them too long to make my order (I hadn't even complained a bit), so she invited me to come back and have them make it again for free. Not only did she make good on that, but she threw in a bit of lagniappe too! I'm so grateful for the great customer service here.
Thomas Rd WM is always a good experience - good sandwiches, fresh hot fries & onion rings... can't say as much for the other locations though...
Cold burgers with unmelted cheese. But it was fast this time!
