We came out to celebrate my daughters birthday. We asked our server for drinks he came back to tell us they didn't have everything needed to make it. So we asked for another drink he never brought it back. I ordered buffalo chicken tenders to go, when the server came back 20 mins later he gave me tenders w no sauce. It took almost an hour to get our ticket..
We took my daughter here for her birthday. It was a little bit of a wait but they were busy on a Thursday night. It was 6 of us but our waitress was wonderful. She made sure she had our order right. She was very friendly. It said her name is Mandi on my receipt. She is the server you want when you go. Girl her a raise. Oh and our food was excellent give those cooks a raise too lol!!! Everything was fixed right and was hot and fresh. Lately going to restaurants just hasn't be an great experience usually it is something wrong. The next time we are in West Monroe we will def go back. Hopefully Mandi and the cooks I had that night will be there :)
We went in after a sporting event. We placed 3 separate orders. Mostly wings. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and half of our party still had not received their food. We asked several times for our food and we’re finally told that we were 5 tickets behind now because it was misplaced, yet half of the food on the same ticket had been delivered. After finally telling them we no longer wanted the food, the manager came to the table, offered to remove the food from our ticket and give us a discount for our inconvenience . We asked for him to quickly get our ticket. 30 mins later they came back to the table with a $200 ticket, ALL ON ONE TICKET, and all of the food we never received was still on the ticket and being charged full price. The only thing they did was remove 2 $7 items. Half of the food on the ticket was never received. It was the worst experience. I am 100% ok with paying for my meal, and paying full price, but not for things we did not get.
I used to love this place. But recently they have removed option for extra wet for wings. It would have been better with this option. Ordered for pick up. Items not hot even though picked up on time.
They've got some decent wings, they're definitely not the best, but they're not bad. Prices are a little too high in my opinion, but it's not bad every once in a while.

I went with 2 friends and all of our meals came out correctly, in a timely manner, and with great service! I ordered a Blue Hawaiian and the brisket burger. Delicious!
Burger was awesome, but I had to wait for awhile before anyone came to the register. Ate in for another visit. Food great, but service was a bit sluggish.
