don't order food bc you might never get it smh! ordered hrs ago and never got our food ! didn't even have the curiosity to call to let us know anything .food sitting on the counter wow ..come on man .. poor management!!!!. anyways they soposed to credit us back but it will take 7 to 10 business days and 57$ lost and hungry bout to pull out choupic patties but quick to take your money!! but gotta wait ...thats sad
I paid over $40 here and I did not get my second combo, my drinks, or my brownies! The fries were cold and hard. I called to see about getting my food buy number went straight to voicemail!
Will never get food hear again rude workers. And we can't even get a cup of water as complimentary like 99% of restaurants do. They charged us $2.49 for a 20 oz throw away cup just for tap water. We give this place 0 stars for service and customer care!!!!
The girl taking my order had no customer service skills what so ever. Dropped my reciept and change on the counter and didn't look at me once. Just plain rude
Placed an order on the app. Arrived 10 minutes after the app said the order was completed and the order was not done and unsure if it was even started. Multiple employees just standing around and playing on their phones ignore customers. While majority of the employees are standing and talking with each other there's 1 person making all the orders.
Google shows this place open until 12 AM, but they close at 8. What kind of POS management can’t do a simple thing and update your hours. Seriously….

Please do not order anything from this place other than wings. My fries were soggy and tasted like burned oil while also being undercooked, the drink machine was broken and I was told that I can take a 12oz canned sprite or coke or nothing at all, I didn't really want either but took the canned drink because I paid for a 20oz tea. The wings were good but they also tasted like the oil was past its useable life. Their timing was WAY off, my order was ready after 3 minutes, when ordered online it said 16-21 minutes, I only found out because I called to asked them to put the cheese sauce for the fries on the side right after ordering because there's no place to request it online, I was told the order was already ready and waiting, so the fries were likely old.
I would never come to this wingstop again. The cook must have poured grease on the top. And he must have put the lemon garlic on the side because it was not on the chicken. The chicken was horrible. The fries were not fresh. I gave them 2 stars because the cold drinks were correct.
