Ordered pancake, was cook then second order pancakes the cooked touched them without gloves. Our waitress and the guy opening door was awesome. Other waitress and especially the manager wasn't frriendly. My boyfriend order Texas Toast without the eggs, grits with cooked ham pieces in grits. He ask them to wipe the ham before putting in grits. It was so greases. Bacon wasn't cooked like he ask for crispy. That why we left before. Now they won't be going back. This is in Thibodaux. Houma is great and will be going the extra mile for good food and great atmosphere. I live in Thibodaux and try to give places a chance.

ALL OF THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE SO NICE, AND THEY SEEM TO GET ALONG WITH THEIR COWORKERS AS WELL! WE NOTICED THAT THEY WORK AS A "TEAM," EACH ONE WAS HELPING OUT THE OTHER SO THERE WAS NOT A PROBLEM ASKING ANOTHER "WAITER" TO GET US ANOTHER CUP OF HOT TEA, SINCE OUR "SERVER" WAS BUSY WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER...GOOD AND FAIR MANAGEMENT ALWAYS "SHOWS" THROUGH THE WAIT STAFF!!

I don't understand why no one answers the phone here. We work next door and attempt to call and place orders for pick up (bc we're working, we don't have time to go place the order, sit and wait on the food, but can go pick up the order once ready) multiple times a week, but no one will EVER answer the phone. We will continue to take our business else where, where people actually answer phones and take customers orders. Why have a phone line if no one answers it?!
Great place for breakfast may wait for some time for food order but ITS WORTH IT!!!
