I enjoyed trying jambalaya for the first time. The portions were huge and the food very hearty. The staff were delightful young ladies. I loved meeting and talking to them.
Da Fish and da red beans was lacking seasoning. Also dat should be called a red bean plate instead of a fish plate. Not enough fish!!! Custom service was good though.
I always stop at the jambalaya shop whenever I'm in Thibodaux la cause it's so good and you get a lot of food....
The chicken stew was all rice and barely any chicken. Where’s the meat? I suggest giving more chicken with each meal.
The white beans were really pastey and the jambalaya tasted like it was heated up in a microwave.
BEANS WERE BURNT TASTING . Fish was over cooked. Tasted like old grease. Got gumbo- chicken gumbo- it was bland no seasoning at all. Sale was old looking. For 26 something dollars I could've went to Chili's.
Large serving of Pastalaya and white beans cooked to cajun perfection, along with fast service from a friendly employee. You can't get any better !
Jambalaya was very very dry, Chicken in it very dry and hard. Red beans and rice you can get better out of a can would not give it even one star. But the sweet tea was okay
