How disappointing this is… my husband being nice went grab me a coffee at Starbucks and when he came home with this, it felt light. This is not even a half of the cup!! How is this even acceptable for the amount paid for the beverage??

This Starbucks gets a rare Starbucks five-star review. Employees were ultra friendly and the coffee and pastries were extra good. perhaps it was because the manager was sitting in the dining room. But for whatever reason, this Starbucks impressed today. Interesting side note: for all of those who might think Starbucks is the seat of coffee evil, keep in mind, this Starbucks and all Starbucks pay their employees 100% of their salaries for all the time they missed due to the devastating hurricane and tornadoes that struck southern Louisiana in 2021.
This is one of the worst Starbucks stores I've ever visited. As a frequent "Starbucks flyer" I'm both Disturbed and dissatisfied by both the quality of customer service and the repeated number if times my order is made wrong at this location.There's simply no excuse for the awful manner in which the employees at the drive up window engage with the customer when an order is wrong.
