TERRIBLE SERVICE. Food is great but can never get waited on or all tables are dirty so you can’t sit to eat.
It’s not like it used to be you can sit there for 10 minutes to 30 minutes without them coming to you. And they can be looking right at you the server
Tried to get to go order after 40 mins, lady running the front rudely said it’s not ready and walked away . Apparently she’s the only one working and people are waiting long for there food . Several people walked out problems with orders . Last time we will visit , they don’t know how to run a restaurant, so we never got our food .
Food was good. Service was a little slow BUT staff was great and so was the food so no complaints really.
Ordered to-go tonight staff was very nice and the food was absolutely delicious, will be our new fix from now on ?
First time trying la Palma and there was a toothpick inside my chimichanga… food overall was okay but not worth going back.
Food was good however we waited at least an hour to get our food. There is a chip and salsa bar to filk you in the meantime. The service was okay but could have been better. To go orders were a priority and were being pumped out every time someone walked in the door. The temperature in the building was so hot that customers were sweating while eating. Social distancing is not a thing in this restaurant.
Why wouldn’t this Place of business put on their website that you cannot order online. Instead you go through all of the steps of ordering online and the system charges your card twice!!! When I called and spoke to the general manager Brenda and expressed my concerns and that I was absolutely upset because my card was charged $46 twice!! Her attitude towards me was eventually your money will come back to you!!! And that they are having problems with the system online. She was very unprofessional I lived in Texas for 18 1/2 years there is no way a Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurant would be so unprofessional. We are in Louisiana where our cuisine is Cajun food Brenda makes the Mexican culture look horrible!!!!! 
We went there today around 1:35 sat down girl gave us the menu and asked for our drink order. She came back and apologized because they cant take any sit down orders but can do take out. We live in Gramercy where were we to eat and food would have been cold by the time we got home. We waited for the lunch rush so it wouldnt have been crowded. We were very disappointed.
Take out service has gotten really bad. The last two times I ordered, the wait for my food took twice as long as what they said it would be ready. Tonight I was told that the order would be ready in twenty minutes. The chips were burned and the salsa was way hotter than usual. Sad thing is that they acted as though they weren’t concerned.
