I often have trouble when I ask for an "over medium" egg. Huddle house in Thibodaux always gets it right. Our food was hot and delicious. The service was great. No complaints here. We'll be back.
This is the place to be not Waffle House. Come get your free waffles on Wednesday and use your coupons. We have discount prices not Waffle House. Come see me even if you need a job.
Stop here for lunch! I could hear their entire conversation in the grill area. Sadly and unprofessional the manager was involved in this loud and public conversation heard throughout the restaurant. Including hearing them complain about other employees who work other shifts, yelling to each their personal business, and short outburst of not so pleasant singing! Last but not least the food was nasty. Philly steak soggy and onion rings overcooked! Server CLemencia was an exception, she was very nice and seemed out of place from the rest of the crew! And looking at previous Reviews the owner seems very aware of the things that take place at this location! I think it’s time to make a call to Franchise!
Great service the employees really take pride in their work food was exceptional if they would re open this location with the same H H employees this would be awesome ** This location has been closed due to extensive damage related to storm Ida don't know if this HH location will ever reopen ...
First visit, employees were fighting each other and could hear the manager threatening to send them home. All while my food took an hour to come out.Second visit, I tried to order over the phone to take out . They were rude and kept me on hold for 15-20 minutes. While on hold I could hear them laughing and joking around. Dished clinking together all while I’m still on hold.She finally answers rudely again. I began placing my order. After trying to give her the order for three meals , she tells me I have to go to the business to order.This place needs new employees and/or new management.
Very unclean. For a new restaurant in Thibodaux Louisiana it was very dirty. Employees were not friendly at all. Tables was not cleaned and food on the floors everywhere you looked. Will not go back or recommend this restaurant.
Literally have never had a bad experience here. My hubs and I make it a point to stop and grab food every other weekend. Best breakfast food ever ?
No one wanted to seat us. Workers just glared at us as if they didn't want us there. Maybe 6 options on the limited menu, and only 2 were breakfast options. 24 hour diner thats open from 6 to 2 better off closing their doors for good.
After watching the people right before us eat and leave, and people right behind us eat and leave. After an hour of waiting they brought out cold and Luke warm food. When I told them this was unacceptable they offered to make a new order. I said I was not waiting, since I was there an hour already. Watched another couple get up and leave disappointed. Going to be a while if I ever go back.
WITH COVID cases as bad as they are who in the world would take 1 bottle of syrup to 3 tables and NEVER wipe it down I would never eat there again Menu's the same way pass from table to table. NOT GOOD
