No pictures this time. I had ordered the crispy chicken sandwich it was Just okay. For the price I could have had a much better Chicken sandwich elsewhere.My fries came out a little bit cold, But there were 3 others in my party so they were probably trying to serve everything at the same time. The staff was friendly and the wait wasn't very long. But my food is more compared to fast food than a sit down restaurant. Maybe order something else. Maybe one of these times I might actually try the chili from chili's but I heard it's not really that good.
First of all I love Chili's, but when a waitress is gonna come grab you glass before you are even done and ask, "Are you done?" Well I am now since you grabbed my glass before asking me. Rushing us to get out of the place when we weren't finished our Margaritas. Yet were obligated to tip our waitress. Never coming back to this location. Will stick to the Houma location. Very bad customer service.

The service was the friendliest, most pleasant I've received in a very long time. Even the cook came came to bring our meal and she was as Great as my Food!
We received our drinks and the kids meal within about 15 minutes which was fine. Our waitress was very polite and professional; however we realized that she was the only waitress on our half the restaurant. They had two waitresses and one bartender across the entire front of the restaurant while the place was full for Saturday lunch. We waited for 90+ minutes and our entrees never came out. Our waitress when she finally got back to our table, informed us that our entrees were put in as a Togo order for some reason and had been sitting in the Togo area. Given that the nephew had a game for 2pm we had to go without ever receiving our entrees. The waitress informed us that the food was waiting too long for her to be able to give it to us.
We went here wanting to sit in the bar area. First we stood for 5 minutes and nobody said anything to us. Finally the hostess came to the front & told us it would be a 15 minute wait because they needed to clean off tables. She asked if we still wanted to wait? The hostess then disappeared again & came out 15 minutes later— tables still not clean— to tell everyone waiting that the kitchen was an hour behind. The restaurant was not even half full. I have worked in the food service industry before and appalled and how this place is managed.
This location has the friendliest servers! Highly recommended. My server Jaden was so sweet. Thanks Chili’s
The service was great
We tried to go eat there today. We waited for at least 10 minutes without even being seated. No one even acknowledged us. I understand there is a staff shortage everywhere, but at least being acknowledged will go a long way in my book. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this happened. The service has been horrible for the past few years. Not to mention the fact that when we did eat there it was absolutely freezing to the point where we were shivering. We won't be returning.
