Food was awesome but didn't get any or all condiments or extras and 2 sides.
Chick-fil-A always delivers fast and quality service no matter line length or weather conditions. They've never gotten my order wrong and rarely, if ever, forget a sauce.
It’s a Chick-Fil-A so that’s good, but it’s more like a Chick-Fil-B or B+ maybe if the right people are working.

This is the worst CFA I’ve been to! Arrived at 10:43am 4/28/22, pulled up in the first lane. There were only two cars in the drive thru. The young girl taking orders in lane 1(individual braids in her head) see me pull up and proceed to walk around the building leaving her post. No one took my order until I blew my horn at the young lady in the second lane, she came over took my order and said she thought someone was there, all while cars built up behind me. I drive around, wait, finally get up to the window, no one says anything with 2 workers going in and out bringing orders to cars behind me. I counted 6 cars behind me that got food and Drove off and I was still sitting there. A guy bagging the orders comes out and say the batch of chicken fried was not good. I asked for my money back! He gets the manager, I explained the situation while she’s at my car and she says “well we had a lot of orders” no I’m sorry no I apologize for the inconvenience nothing! I told her that was unacceptable! She said my money would go back to my card in 1 to 2 days. That’s the same amount of time it’ll take to get an order correct here!I did not get the managers name unfortunately (heavy set lady)They need to train and retrain from management to the people bringing food out to customers! They are slow and rude!!!
It was a great place service was awesome. Even after we got our food someone checked on us and food was good
Literally the slowest chick fil a. They move like snails and do not care about the people. And the worker are just walking around chit chatting and not doing their work. I hope this issue gets resolved

I came in with my 7.5 year old son who has nonverbal autism. I can’t let go of his hand even for a brief second as he is a runner and was by myself. I didn’t catch the guy’s name I think he was a manager, helped us a lot. By bringing sauce and napkins to table. And getting straws for us. Another team member helped bring our food to table. I had ordered my son nuggets combo with fries but also got him a fruit cup. In the distraction with trying to care for my son, I thought I was missing a fry. So I brought it to the guy’s attention but by the time he came to the table, I located the my son’s order of fry that I put in bag on side of table to make room. And let him know. He said it was no problem and had us still take the extra fry. Will never get that service anywhere else.
