Third time was NOT the charm. The Wings have been over cooked/dry/ & leathery every time, the sauce is bland at best, basically tasteless.
My wings were real good,on the other hand my wife's garlic parmesan wings were NASTY.It literally tasted eat butter.Fries were way OVER SALTED !!! Food was warm not hot.Price's were kinda high...
I love the wingstop franchise but disappointed I will no longer spend my money here its always 'some' type of issue.. I really wanted wings today but I refuse to order from here, any other places I can get wings?
This location recently had a huge turnover....for the better! Very nice crew they have now. The food is prepared how it should be and also as the customer has requested. GREAT JOB WINGSTOP!!!!
Brandon and john were extremely firendly, we walked in about 11:40 and they never hesitated to take our order and serve us. They were friendly as can be and food was excellemt, will be returning for sure.
First time we ate here, when they had first opened, it had its hitches (which I thought was just because it was a new business) but I fully expected them to be worked out. Have eaten here more than a few occasions and each time they have gotten worse. From getting our order wrong, having the drink machine not work, standing at counter and having someone not take your order but not even acknowledge you. Today, Sunday 4/3, our son begged us today to go here (he has only been to this location once but has eaten Wingstop in Gulfport and New Orleans) and for whatever reason they were closed at 12:35 pm. Other Wingstops are phenomenal but unfortunately this one is no where close. Please get it together because our family loves Wingstop and do not want it to close but it is hard to give a place my money with so many issues. It is so poor, it wouldn't suprise me if I saw a sign out front saying under new management.
I think management really needs to do their job and fix this place . Because the food not bad and I don’t wanna go by to the city just to eat the food .
Extremely poor customer service. I ordered online and arrived at the store 20 minutes later. One employee saw me walk in but did not greet me or approach me. He was wearing earbuds and was dancing while looking directly at me, saying nothing. The other two employees were working and did not notice me standing there. After five minutes one of the other employees (a middle aged woman) saw me and said they would be with me in a moment. Another customer walked in behind me and the dancing guy stopped dancing long enough to help her, still completely ignoring me. Five minutes later one of the other employees came over to wait on me, handing me my prepaid order which had been sitting there on a rack cooling the entire time.Now for the food. It was horrific. We asked for the wings to be well done, which they were not. The garlic parmesan is advertised as "dry" but these wings were swimming in some type of sauce, which I guess was butter, rendering them inedible. They were also cold (probably due to the delay caused by the dancing guy). They only gave me nine wings, even though I ordered ten, which would have really angered me if I had actually wanted to eat them. The fries were also soggy and cold, and also inedible. The icing on the cake of this horrendous experience is that there was no ice in the drink machine. Also, since my order was picked up near closing time, I couldn't bring it back to ask for a refund.Why would anyone choose to eat here? I know I won't be making that mistake again.
I placed an order through wing stop website for delivery but my order was never delivered. I called wing stop to inform them that my ordered never arrived and they proceeded to tell me that they could not find my order and that i would have to go through DoorDash. I did not place my order through DoorDash so i should not have to call them to rectify the situation.i am highly upset at this point and would not recommend ordering from this location
First of all. I like the food but I don’t like to walk into an establishment and smell weed. There was 2 workers standing by a cream colored car with a smashed front side smoking weed. No one acknowledged me that I was there except a guy named Jordan. He was very sweet. If everyone was like him it would be a better store. Don’t like wings and weed. This place should be shut down due to poor management. Management was smoking. There was another young man in there in the lobby and he mentioned jaz and Lovell I believe there name was. She had tattoos on her arms. They should be fired. This is the worst management I ever seen. I will be calling corporate
