Ordered a regular chicken biscuit and spicy chicken biscuit meals for breakfast today, and the chicken in both sandwiches was raw in the center. Absolutely disgusting and dangerous to serve to the public
Ordered food sat down and took the for out of the bag unwrapped it and the amount of grease covering the wrapper and the sandwiches alone was disgusting. I have never seen it though s bad.
Service was good we went through the drive through food was done in a timely manner and everything was right food was hot and delicious
Don't open the inside till 10:30 am. Breakfast is pick up only. No where to wash up we were coming off a job needed to clean up before eating.
this wendy’s is absolutely horrible. ive been told from employees that work there that they’re allowed to work while having covid, are not required to wear masks or if they are they do not have masks on. they are so disrespectful & rude its ridiculous. Ive never met anyone in my life as miserable as they are. there was one nice young guy out of everyone working there. even their manager is rude. she probably had the worst attitude out of everyone. i asked her for extra sauce & she rolled her eyes at me while saying “what” so i repeated it & she rolled her eyes at me again. this wendy’s will never get my business again.
My order was completely wrong. Asked for extra sauce on the burger. Not there. Asked for bacon chicken sandwich and got the burger option. Lastly, asked for a triple bacon deluxe and received the classic double. Only the sodas was right and even then the cup contained 85% ice and 15% soda. Brought the food back and apparently closed 10min earlier than the displayed time. Having been an employee/manager of a Wendy's (in Indiana) I know that this isn't the training that is given to the employees. Still awaiting for some kind of fix or resolution
F this Wendy’s. I always have problems with them because it’s very convenient but you know what I’m gonna waste my time going over there I will drive the extra five minutes to go to any other Wendy’s. You order something you up a size of the order still do not give it to you the chicken sandwiches dry as hell the bread is stale.Will not be going there again.
The Wendy's in Bogalusa has the absolute worst diet cokes and sprite that I've ever tasted. The drinks are 2$. McDonald's drinks are excellent.
Closed at 7:10pm when sign clearly says 8pm.
