I was traveling and want to get out of the car. So, after gassing up, I drove over to a Wendy's in Louisiana off i-10. I stood at the counter for five minutes, and during that time, I asked three separate employees to take my order. I was ignored! I left, got in my car, and drove around to the drive up window and had my salad in hand in less time than I had stood inside! Ridiculous!(The Southwest Chicken salad is good)
I’m only giving one star because I have to. On Easter Sunday stopped to get a quick something on the road and Earnestha was so quick to cut us off ordering that everything was messed up then she had the audacity to get mad at us! When I asked another employee if she was the manager she pointed to her and said she was. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work with her, the company for having her represent them, and even more the people who continue to tolerate this type of service. I did the survey and asked for the company to contact me and here it is 10 days later and I’ve yet to hear from anyone. I guess the standards are set so low that poor service for overpriced fast food is the norm for them. Shame on them for allowing this but shame on me for accepting it.
the worst experience in my life asking for fast food the woman who attended me was rude telling me that she didn't have all day to wait for me because I speak slowly and my Hispanic accent bothered her she also said if I didn't know how to speak her language to go to those places ? ????? I can't believe how they have people like this working to serve their customers.... I'll never go again and of course I don't recommend going to that restaurant ???? it was Ernestha worst worker Ever!!!!!!
I went to Wendy’s on Northshore blvd today, April 6th, 2022. I was rudely spoken to by worker Ernestha. Asking to have mayo on my sandwhich instead of plain turned out to be a hassle and she rudely responded. Ended up not even getting my order right. I understand it is fast food but with only 2 cars ahead of me I do not think it is okay to be spoken to this way. I have not been to this wendy’s in a year and it is definitely going downhill. Definitely DO NOT recommend.
The advertised $1 single burger when ordered through the app did not work. The clerk was rude when I asked for help, of which I received none. She lightened up towards the end of my order. I killed her with kindness, I think. She even thanked me. The sandwich was fresh, but small, and it took a long time to receive my order even though I was the only customer in the restaurant and no one was in the drive-thru. I don't mind waiting if it means my order will be fresh.
Wendy’s on north shore dr Slidell la…… Don’t ask me why I keep trying. Guess I’m hoping new people finally work there who actually care and take pride in their work… Every time I try to come to this place they literally never ever have anything I order. Most times I order a salad they say we don’t have salads! If I order a chicken sandwich we are out of those. I’m not the only person seems everyone I know that’s been there has encountered this issue many times. Also, others I’ve spoken to have said they never ever get orders right they’re very grumpy and they take forever.. and this has been going on for many years before the employment issues.. so personally imo they need to just shut this place down because they’re just the worst.
Waited in drive through for ten minutes before one car moved took 20 minutes all together then when I got the food it was cold and I asked twice for salt pepper and ketchup never received it
Can I do zero stars? Sat in line for 20 min before getting to order window. No one came over the speaker. Pulled up to window. Guy served food to the person in front of me indicating I wasn’t crazy. See waited another 10 min to pull up. No one comes but the window is open. I yell in..:this isn’t worth typing. What am I doing? Who cares
Tried something different and the granddaughter tells me she would like McDonalds because of the pickles and something else that she doesn't like on her cheeseburger. Otherwise she would have enjoyed it more. On this day they didn't have coin change and I had just cleared all my coins out of my auto. Otherwise the service was great and the young lady was very apologetic.
Shut this place down. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I was sitting in the drive thru for almost 25 mins and two employees or managers were just standing outside. They seemed to be cleaning something but it doesn’t make sense that they would be the only two working. It’s unacceptable. I’m not one to leave reviews and I’m a patient person but that’s ridiculous.
