apparently the old staff is no longer working here. I live 2 mins away from this location and I’ve been eating here for years. The new staff is terrible. Period. Tonight was the breaking point, the place was full of smoke from the food burning I couldn’t even sit in the drive thur with my window down. This is my 4th time in a row not getting the right size sides with my comb meals. I asked for a medium drink with my medium meal and she tried to hand me a small. She took the cup back and added more ice (not more drink) and handed me the medium cup full of ice. The staff definitely need more training. Over the loud speaker she repeated back someone else’s order, I told her it was wrong and repeated my correct order. She told me she had it, and guess what the order was wrong. Yes they were busy tonight but I’ve had similar experiences when it was just 2 other cars in the drive thru. Same staff every time, the night crew! I can’t believe I just wrote a book as a review but I am livid. They need to do better.

I said I didn’t want lettuce or tomato… instead I got no lettuce, no tomato, no bacon, no cheese… just chicken and a bun for an Asiago ranch club. It’s annoying to pay $9+ for a meal and it not turn out correctly. This location is ALWAYS messing up. One of the guys on the grill were EATING while making our food.. long hair. No hair net. No gloves. No mask. So bare faced eating over customers food… Then it’s called FAST food. Why did I wait over 30 minutes for my meal… it was even a mobile order! All around disappointed in my experience YET AGAIN from this location. The entire store has a bad reputation for messing up orders. I don’t even really know why it’s still open. It’s clear nobody wants to do their job properly. New people start, and it’s still messed up. Management changes, and it’s still messed up. Nobody is forcing you to work in fast food. If you don’t like the job or want to do it the correct way, then go find another job instead of messing so many peoples food up.

Gave me the wrong order along with a 45 minute wait when I ordered from the online app. Also burnt my chicken sandwich to a crisp.

The management at this Wendy’s is excellent. They work hard & are always kind. My order is consistently correct, as well.

Everything was fresh, the service was fast, and the employees were friendly and provided condiments without asking

Very rude they didn't hear my complete order then when I went to add what they missed they told me I had to go through the drive through all over again. As a former employee that is not how you handle customer service will not be eating at this lication anymore. Very rude employee and manager

I know Wendy's is moving into the same category as McDonald's and Burger King in the guard to no no juiciness to the meat and stuff like that the quality is going down they better stop it before they go down even farther McDonald's and Burger King fast food places that put them little burgers in the drawer and cook them in advance they suck they do they're dry they're not juicy they're not tasty anymore that's the biggest problem these places have they want to make money serve a fresh Burger

I ordered a 5 dollar Biggie Bag Bacon Double Stack with Another Same Sandwich without Onions and Cheese okay. They Forgot the Bacon and the buns were hard

The service is the fastest around. The staff are friendly and the food is always good, fresh and hot.

Wendy's is on GAUSE in SLidell LA. I went to get 7 bacon and cheese sandwiches. They taste so good! To me they're normally fast, and I always get my order done right.
