Great food and great fast polite service
HATED IT!!!! IT WAS DIRTY, ONE OF THE SERVERS KEPT WIPING HER NOSE ON HER HAND AND WOULD PICK UP DIRTY DISHES BARE HANDED THEN PROCEED TO MAKE WAFFLES. NO ONE WORE HAIRNETS. My aunt tried to endure and eat and her porkchop was tough af. When she sent it back , they poured a cup of salt on it. THEY SENT OUT AN UNDONE WAFFLE AND BURNT GRITS. The staff literally STARTEDarguing in front of the customers about to fight. THEY EVEN TURNED OFF THE MUSIC TO ARGUE. We spoke to the assist manager and left. We didn't pay nor did I expect to with the lack of service,QUALITY, AND cleanliness. THE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN LOOKED AS IF IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR MONTHS. We LEFT ALL the food there and the 8 of us went to Craker Barrel across the street and had a very pleasant experience.
It was an underwhelming experience. I have never seen a staff argue in front of customers like this. They argued about the music and other things that are irrelevant to the customers. Their internal issues bleed into their food service because our food wasn't very good at all. Burned grits, tough pork chops, undercooked waffle, under toasted bread, etc.
By far the best Waffle House I've been to in years. Customer Service was amazing. I was the first customer after a big rush of people. Food was fresh and delicious.
Walked in. I made the 8th customer in. Walked to end booth by windows. Server that was sitting at thebar greeted me which I responded good morning. Sat at the booth, looked at the menu and waited and waited. Another couple came in and sat 2 booths behind me. A server instantly was there getting their drink and food order. I figured shewould return to me afer calling in their order. But no. I was totally ignored. I left after waiting almost 10 minutes. Side note, I discovered after sitting menu was sticky from syrup and table had something on the other side along with spilled sugar.When I walked out all the waitresses were talking with on another except one who was talking to customer on the other side booths. Avoid this place!
This location is AWFUL House! Stopped for breakfast with my mom. Waitress asked if we needed menu's and only brought one (WTH?). Placed our order and watched as our eggs and patty melt sat on the counter while the cook in training burned the bacon (which we saw them throw away) and then nearly 10 minutes after placing the eggs on the plate, put the bacon and hash browns on and the waitress tried to serve us COLD eggs! When i pointed out that the plates had been sitting for 10 minutes and the eggs were cold she had an attitude like you wouldn't believe. I paid the overpriced $2.25 for the coffee my mom had and we left. Won't be going back to that location again.
Friendly, though slightly uninspired, staff. Somewhat run down, but average Waffle house with quick and easy parking.
Great crew today! First time stopping by here, will definitely go thru again!
10/10 The service was superb and so was the food. On top of that, I got to ride the waiter's scooter that he rides to and from work. Will def come again, can always count on waffle house to feel like family.
Worse service I have ever got in my whole life. Server walked bye me at least 20 times and didn’t greet me or see if I needed help.she refused to even look at me!!!! I had to get help from the cook. Finally after my food came out from the cook, I guess I was supposed to eat with my fingers since I was never given silverware. Worse place I have ever eaten at. Fire that lousy waitress Bc she obviously didn’t want to be there. Then she started fighting with cook Bc she turned the AC off and put the heater on. I was wondering why it was soooo hot inside, and it was like 80 degrees outside!!! Omg Never coming here EVER AGAIN!!!!
