This restaurant is amazing for an occasional night, have a good vibe and you see everyone happy working there, looks very clean and organized, we had to call 30 minutes before to make a reservation of a table, and we arrived right on time, didn't wait a minute, so if you are going, make sure to call before so you dont have to wait there. The food was amazing! Was one of the best meat I've ever tried, the sides was very tasty too. Price was good, the only bad comment that I would say was about the waiting time to be served, it took like 40min, but it was worth to wait.
I knew what I was getting into when I walked in here, in terms of the food. It's not a high end steakhouse, so people shouldn't expect that. I had the bone in rib eye which came out a tad bit too underdone for me...couple minutes on the grill and the steak was cooked perfect med rare. While the food doesn't blow you away, the service definitely does. Super attentive servers and managers weaving through the sea of tables every so often to check on you. By far, some of the best service I've had considering the staffing shortage every restaurant is experiencing right now.
Best customer service in Slidell. Had a small mishap and the manager Payton went above and beyond to get everything fixed. Everything was delicious!
Food and service was great. We were there for my brother's 73rd birthday party. He had a great time. He had the full rack of ribs. Most of us had sirloin & shrimp. There were no complaints, not even from my grandson who is a picky eater who ordered the sliders off the kids menu.
We came in at 4:15 and requested a party of 13. The server/Manager would not seat us until all 13 were there. I asked to speak to the manager and she smugly replied that she was the manager. Our party left and walked next door to the Outback Steak House and was well taken care of. The rude “manager’s” name was Sidney. Who turns down 13 customer’s money?? I know, the person that isn’t worried how much the company makes. What a poor representation of this great franchise.
This is my husband, daughter and my favorite place to go eat at. It’s always delicious and the staff is always friendly.
Highly recommend! I had the steak ribeye it was wonderful. My wife had the catfish our waiter was Jose and he was great . He was the best he made us feel right at home. Thank you. Definitely will be going back
