Paid $9 for 2 cake cone soft serve ice creams with rainbow sprinkles. Usually price isn’t a problem because the froyo is really good and they put about 4 inches of it on there. The last three times we came though, we’ve been getting very sloppily done ice cream with sprinkles on only one side with about 1 inch of froyo on top. Highly regret tipping, wish i could have seen the ice cream before tipping. Definitely wont be coming again after giving them several chances to fix this.
They told us they aren’t allowed to put sprinkles on cones; we’ve been going here the past 2 weeks almost everyday ordering the same exact thing and this is the first time we’ve been told this. They were just being lazy. Also gave us almost no ice cream in our cones. Extremely aggravated I wasted a trip here.

Heavily dilute their milkshakes to conserve ice cream.
Pretty neat place but its different from other tcby i have been to. The icecream and yogurt is weighed. The set up is really weird. The yogurt and toppings are in two different places so you have to keep walking back and forth or the workers keep walking back and forth. The cookies are very doughy and don't taste cooked but i think all Mrs. Fields brands are that way. The yogurt is pretty good but i get the same thing everytime, golden vanilla shiver with oreos. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to just chill and get a nice cool treat.
I am extremely hurt and dissatisfied. I showed up to This location, drive through area, and sat in the drive through for about 5 minutes waiting for a response. No one responded so we drove to the window where we were told they were closed. After being ignored for about 3 minutes. 8:55 according to the website they do not close until 9. I am 9 months pregnant and very upset because we rushed to get there before closing, made it there before closing just for the girl to tell us they are closed after sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes. I understand being ready to go home but if the store closes at 9 then it closes at 9 not 8:50.
The server did not wear mask when getting product at all.
