Was ushered into the lobby by an employee to pick up an order but before I could get my order was thrown out of the Lobby while being told it was and then had to sit in the Drive-Thru line for well over 30 minutes to get my order and the customer service was absolutely horrible plus they forgot to give me my drink that come with my order and want me to come back and sit through 30 minutes or more of the drive-thru line again just for a
Employee was rude. Went through the drive through waited for 10 minutes and nothing, mind you there was another employee sitting outside, pull up to the window and wait for another five minutes before somebody finally walked over. Employee then proceeds to just make a hand gestures at me without coming to the window. I came at 9:30 in the morning, lights on inside the dining room, they weren't open, with no signs saying that they weren't opening or were opening late.
Every time I come to this location they ALWAYS MESS UP MY ORDER!!! Literally I tell them at the menu board and the window I want meat and cheese only, and they still put all kinds of stuff on my order. The fact is that I break out in hives eating tomatoes, and even after telling them that they still do this, and it is outrageous. They are seriously an inch away from a lawsuit if they do this to the wrong person. Would not recommend to my worse enemy. Terrible location, Taco Bell do something about your store.
Always delicious at this location and they get my order right! They also give you a great amount of sauce ? and the customer service leaves me happy. Thanks!
Food was good this time.Same complaints for corporate. You stopped selling the wasteful Mexican pizza, so you could sell more frozen water with plastic cups and straws. And mathematically, there shouldn't be so many stem spots mixed in to the tomatoes.
I ordered one thing the food tasted very screwy but I was starving and I regretted eating that crunchwrap supreme for 3 days as I got very bad food poisoning and puked my guts up not a fun experience and who knew that hugging the toilet for days on end could put what essentially amounts to a hickey on your neck!!! The woman in the store was nice but it was a fake nice but that's better than nothing.
I will say they are super rude and they don’t listen accurately to your order then they mess up and give you attitude instead of correcting their mistake. I run a business and never would my employees treat someone such as they did today !
Erica was very nice, the dining area was clean, the restrooms were clean. The order was correct.
Cool that they had self service order screens, but it took over twenty minutes to get our tiny order and one of the items was totally wrong.
