My experience at taco bell on old Spanish trail was not good.The food was ok but the service not so great. First it took a long time and as I was ordering the I kept having to repeat myself because the person taking my order was laughing due to he was playing around with a co worker which I found to be very rude and I had to go back to the restaurant because my order was wrong because they were playing around while I was making my order.

Pulled up about 20 minutes before close. Long line in the Drive-Thru eventually I get to the speaker and realize no one is getting their order taken. I pull off into the parking lot and I see the manager pull in and Park walk-in. Therefore the manager wasn't even there during hours and the store had zero staff. This is very common for this establishment. Didn't even bother to put a note on the drive-thru saying they were closed just made people sit there and wait. Again very common for this franchise.

Every single time I order there even twice on Door Dash there was something missing or more than one thing missing from my order!!! This has been going on for years!!!!!

No cashiers and your kiosks are so difficult to use. Tried to up sell me multiple times. And so many screens just to get to checkout. Never even received a receipt after entering a phone number for a text receipt.

Had a horrible experience tonight! There is a sign at register to use kiosk so we use the kiosk and place a order of more than 50. In food only to have them call us up and tell us they don't have any soft taco shells so they can't make several items and they can't refund our order because we used the kiosk that they ask you to use. They can't use burrito wraps because they are the wrong size or any other wrap. Very disappointed. Many of our other items were made completely wrong also. Please provide your management tasks with proper training to be able to handle these situations. There is absolutely no reason why if they are going to make you order from a kiosk that they shouldn't be able to refund my money or at the very least provide a gift card or some sort of compensation to correct for the money we spent for food we did not get. That is very wrong please train staff to handle these situations it's bad enough that a customer has to come in and take their own order on a kiosk because employees who actually have a job there can not take your orders, no sign telling you not to order things that use soft taco size shells or whatever they may be out of and then to basically be robbed of your money because they can not refund you...

The lights are on, but no one is inside working. Put a sign up or something. There are multiple cars in line, including mine, and we all look stupid waiting for someone that's not going to show up!

On two separate occasions we have tried to eat here. Both times we sat and were never greeted. We tried saying hello but got no response. The car in front of us left quickly without stopping at the window so I assume they had the same experience as we did. There were multiple employees visible though the window including a young man wearing a headset and as it was only 9:13 pm I believe this is unacceptable. I tried calling but got no answer. Get your employees under control or give up your franchise.

Staff was nice and helpful, food was good and hot everything was right and good , thank you and great job guys!

My least favorite Taco Bell. Always out of something and rude. Especially the kityy to lev short but shy manager that wears the big thick glasses. She never knows what’s going on and can’t handle managerial issues. The speaker always broke too.

My order came back correct. Even perfect with extra meat and cheese.
