Placed order using their app and paid in advance. Girlfriend wanted the Mexican pizza. I get to the drive thru line and told they only have burritos and not even any drinks. Then have to drive away, go back to the app to cancel order. Is joe biden running Taco Bell now??? Why take an order they can't fill. Only good part was my CC was issued the credit within 45 minutes.
Bad customer service messed up my order and refuses to answer the phone I called 8 times. They told me I had to use kiosk. The next customer comes in right after I begin using kiosk and orders his food, gets his food and leaves before I'm even don't playing with the kiosk. Mind you the next customer came in 15 sec after I started using the machine.
My opinion on the drive thru only thing y'all got going on. I love taco bell it might even be my single favorite fast food.. so living close and while not having a vehicle I walk to taco bell. And you won't let me buy anything because I can't walk through the drive through isn't that like discrimination ?
They are definitely better and more friendly than the OLD SPANISH TRAIL location. I hate that because I love closer to the OST location. I prefer to take the drive for better customer service, smiling faces, and better attitudes. Alexandria was working drive thru tonight and she was so polite.
I must say they have an amazing staff that works the drive thru on night shift! Always very customer friendly! I’m impressed.
My bean burrito was made just the way I wanted it, sooo.. how could I not, hit them with all their stars. Keep up the good work, guys.

They got the order mostly right. Only messed up by putting sour cream when I specifically asked for no sour cream on my chalupas. Other than that, they were out of sweet tea and we were already "committed" in the drive thru. What ya gonna do that late and stuck between other cars in front and behind ya? I'm only giving 3 stars, for being open when we were hungry. I also find it unbelievable it was over 30 dollars for 2 people to eat at taco bell these days. But again, not many options that late and already "committed" in the drive thru, blocked between cars in front as well as behind us? At least they got my friend's order correct. ?
Told my pregnant wife she couldn't use the bathroom, after we walked in. If it's drive through only then why are your doors unlocked.. poor service, unexistant management. Ruined taco bell for me and mine.
Purchase chips and cheese and barely had 5 chips, asked could we have a few more chips and was told NO, the guy the cashier asked said it was only $1 so I guess that's all we can expect. Won't be returning here. Sad customer service.
