This was a waste of money , never will I Online order again , I bought 3 sandwiches 2 footlongs and 1 six each the 6 inch was not what I ordered to be put on it couldn't even find the turkey that was supposed to have been on it , the, the 2 steak and cheese lol had no cheese, couldn't find the green peppers that was supposed to have been on its. This was the worst things I have gotten from subway in a long time I WANT MY MONEY BACK can't get them on phone either mailbox full
Love this subway! The lady that is literally working every time I go in is the sweetest and even remembers what I like even if it's been weeks. She deserves a raise ? ? It's hard to come by great customer service these days but she's awesome!
I would like to know who the owner is of this location.My friend and I were refused service because my friend is a disabled veteran and had an active service dog with him.Ed Barnes, the employee who refused service to us, told us that we were being refused service because my friend is a disabled veteran with a need for a service dog!I go to this subway location at LEAST once a week. We come in there ALL THE TIME and have never ever been refused service, nor has the dog, who is always with us, ever caused a problem.People are always so excited to see all the things lol the service dog can do.What really gets me the most about this is that Subway boasts online about how they help veterans dintergrate into communityI WILL NOW START EATING AT JIMMY JOHNS!
The place is understaffed and it’s really really slow. Service could have been faster but the cashier spent a solid 15 minutes telling a customer about her morning, venting about how she messed up an order. It was extremely awkward. The customer was being graceful but clearly felt uncomfortable. She even simplified her order to help the cashier. I followed suit since there was a long line building behind me. Won’t be going back any time soon. Spent half my lunch break just waiting for a sandwich.

I went in this Subway after masks were mandated again in the STATE. No sign on the door to wear a mask…. With covid on the rise again…. NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK. I wore a mask. Staff not very friendly. & The Manager is the worst every review I’ve read abt the Manager being rude to ppl. That is true. & if the staff is complaining & talking bad abt ppl it’s bc of poor management. I will never visit this Subway again.
Young man Chris that prepared my food was er polite and professional 5 stars for him but his female coworker was very unprofessional and was complaining the entire time I was in the store 1 star for her

The entire visit at the subway was terrible! When we walked in the two workers were complaining about the people with online orders and how busy they were. They kept asking for the time repeatedly acting impatient and in a rush to leave. When they asked us for our order they continued to complain about multiple things. One of the workers kept snatching things out of the other workers hands. When we asked for some more cheese she said she was going to charge double for a little cheese. When the workers continued to be rude we asked for them to stop making our food so we could leave. When we were exiting the door they started to yell rude things and being disrespectful towards us. I am very upset about this
Supposed to close at 10. Sign on door said close at 8. I was there before 8. Lady would not come to door or answer phone.
