Online it says they are open on Sundays until 9pm. I placed a order online at 8:20pm that says will be ready for pick up at 8:40pm. I arrive at 8:35pm and I walk in, the girl working is just standing at the register talking to the gas station employee. I walk up and state that I am here for a pick up order. She looks at me and says we close at 8pm. I tell her that I already paid online and it says they are open until nine. She catches an attitude and states that is wrong. I ask her to go ahead and refund me my $20 then, she states she can't and that I must cancel online. I attempt to do that online and also call customer service, but when you call they say everything is done online. After finally finding a link to customer service for online orders, I have sent several emails asking for my refund since Sunday night and I have still heard nothing back. I have also attempted to call the store to speak to a manager and nobody answers the phone. I will never bring them my business and I will continue to harass them until they give me my money back. Every time I have gone to this subway there is always a issue

This old guy that works there, really terrible. He shouldn’t even be working. It’s so sad to say, but at the same time He wish he would quit or be fired. Terrible at the job. Very rude. Slow. Workplace is a mess. Disgusting.
Went to 4 different Subways and couldn't get a sandwich at 730pm imagine that...SMFH.... THAT'S ALL MY 10YR OLD SON KEPT SAYING HE WANTED TO EAT HEALTHY
Not open, no one wanted to work so they were unable to be open.
It,s still a very good place to get a sandwich and they always have specials.
